Y/n's POV

the food was nearly done and it was nice to catch up with friend and the kids

Cosmo is asleep in one of Lizzies spare bedrooms, I made sure to put pillows around him just incase he wanted to be on a red bull add and rick his life flipping over on the bed 

I was talking to Robert and Chris (h) while we were drinking beer and in charge of the food.

"mummy can we go in the pool!?" an exited Rose asked hugging my leg making me look down I see some of the other kids waiting in the back for my reaction Rose has been calling me mummy or mum or other names and sometimes I get mixed up with if she is calling her mum or me but I love how she thinks I can be apart of her family 

I excused myself from the talk with the guys  before saying 

"sure bug, lets go" with a smile before grabbing her hand as we walk over to the shallow end of the pool

I sit down and slowly slide in, the water went up to my waist and it felt so nice, it wasn't to cold just perfect

I turn around and face Rose 

"do you wanna jump in?" I ask the young girl making  her nod but she was hesitant "you dont have to bug" I said making her bight her lip, she reached down and I gently picked her up lowering her into the water 

I place her on my hip and kissed her head, I know she is nearly 7 but she has had a rough time with water and I understand 

her friends jumped in and some of them needed my help. I made sure they didnt go that deep and only stay in the shallow end where they can touch the button,

not long later the parents joined playing with the kids, India (Hemsworth daughter) was asking me to throw her up in the air and catch her, 

all of the other kids saw her and then wanted me to do it,  there little laughs and small screams were so cute and I looked around seeing Rose sitting on the step of the pool looking at us 

I told the kids to wait for a second before slowly walking over to the lounge child 

"are you ok Rose?" I ask her making her look at me and nod but I can see right through her "come on Rose whats wrong?" I say crouching down further in the water 

"I-i just dont get why I cant be like the other kids" she mumbled lowly playing with the water

"what do you mean by that bug?" I ask her feeling a little sad myself 

"I dont know why I get so scared of water then I cant play with my friends because they aren't scared" she expresses as a small tear falls down her cheek, I internally pout 

"its ok bug,  its ok to be scared of water, did you know I was scared of water too when I was younger just like you?" I said making the girl look at me in the eyes

"Really?" she asked making me nod

"it scared me so much that I wouldn't go waist deep in any water" I explained to her 

"b-but how are you not scared now?" she asked 

"oh trust me I still get scared, but I just tell myself that I will be ok" I said even though drowning Is a serious thing I just want to make Rose comfortable, she softly nodded and I wiped her tear away

"will you catch me?" she asked pointing to the edge of the pool 

"of course bug I will never drop you" I said making her bite her lip and slowly get out of the pool.

I followed her around till she stops, and she starts breathing a little harder 

"ill catch you bug, it'll be ok" I said reassuring her reaching my hands up a little closer to her

she took a small breath before jumping, I got my hands under you armpits and allowed her body to go half way in the water before I put her on my hit

"good job bug!, see it wasn't that bad!' I say smiling down at the young girl you had her arms around my neck holding on for dear life, I feel her head come out of my neck before looking at me "what?" I said in a soft tone

"Again!" she screamed with a bite smile making my face break out into a big smile two, before walking over to the edge of the pool placing her on the edge 

 catch after catch Rose was just having the time of her life squealing and screaming with her cute little laughs, she actually had the courage to me to throw her in the air but I made sure not to go to high so she won't get scared but she yelled at me to throw her up higher

the other kids saw her and had turns again getting thrown up and in the air and for a couple of them I jokingly through them to Robbie and some of the boys in the pool.

Rose was getting tired but didn't want to get out so she clinged to me as I used one hand to play with the other kids, I was worried about her getting sun burnt so I took my cap that I placed near the pool (imagine It was there from the start) and placed it over her head.

this day couldn't get any better 

A/n-(oh but it will) I hope you enjoyed this chapter and sorry it is a bit shorter, im trying to make this a series of a full day which I through would be cool, NOT MANY CHAPTERS LEFT, it feels weird to say that, but yeah again I hope you enjoyed, love you and drink water
