Are you ok?

Scarletts POV

I don't know what is wrong with me, like I don't know what to call the emotion that is running through me.

I walk into the kitchen to the fridge grabbing a piece of cheese, don't ask

I take small bites while walking into the lounge seeing y/n holding Cosmo in her arms, I can hear her saying small words to him making me swoon and start to feel sad.

I walk quietly away to my bedroom, pulling out my suit case. before putting some of my dresses and underwear, ill get the rest later, I could use some of y/n's while I bring my other side across.

I pick up my small suit case and walk to the front door putting it there before walking back in the lounge, I cough slightly making y/n look up at me.

"u-uh can we go now?" I ask making her nod carefully putting Cosmo in the carrier again, I walk back to the front door opening it before wheeling my case to the car.

I hear y/n behind me and the car click making me think the car is unlocked and my thoughts were correct when the boot opened.

I was about to put my suit case on the back before y/n stopped me

"woah nuh uh, you just gave birth you are not lifting anything heavy' She said putting Cosmo down lifting my suitcase in the back, I won't be telling her that I carried my suit case before

"I gave birth like 10 hours ago im fine" I said trying to explain but she just shook her head and didn't reply

"get in the car Scarlett" she said making me gulp and kind of squeeze my legs of how demanding her voice was, I only nodded because I couldn't find the words and got in the front seat.

I heard y/n put Cosmo in the back seat and hop in the drivers seat before turning on the car and pealing out of the drive way to her house.

when we made it to her house she said just to go inside and handed me her keys making me nod. I walk to the front door and unlock it.

I really like this house because its not to big and not to small either, its a great place to grow a family

I walk to out to the car again and tried to get my suit case.

"don't even try grab that Scarlett" she said

"please let me at least carry something, your arms are full" I said pointing at her arms that were taken up by a bag and Cosmo. she just sighed and nodded making me smile at how I won against her stubbornness, I got my suit case down and closed the boot before walking to the front door.

and closed it behind me, I walked to y/n's bedroom just putting it to the side before walking into her lounge room.

"do you want to do the honours, of putting him to sleep?" I heard y/n ask behind me making me smile and nod.

she smiled at me before handing the carrier to me before I followed her to the small nursery in the guest bedroom before picking the small boy up and into the cot, before kissing his forehead and turning on the baby monitor. I had a big smile on my face

I turn around and see y/n leaning against the door frame with crossed arms looking at me.

"what?" I ask making her shake her head with a chuckle

"nothing your just cute" she said before walking out of sight, I feel heat rushing to my cheeks, I felt like a teenager getting recognised by there crush, feeling shy and nervous.

I composed myself before walking out and closing the door behind me quietly. I pulled out my phone acting like I am doing something.walking to y/n's couch. I sat down grabbing and blanket that was under the coffee table laying it over my legs, now. I realise how uncomfortable the bed was at the hospital

I let my legs relax and sigh, I hear y/n walk into the lounge as well

"can you pass me the remote please" I asked her making her nod and grab the remote walking to me putting it in my hand "thank you" I said making her nod and sit next to me crossing one leg over the other.

we sat in silence as the tv was the only thing heard and It felt awkward.

"are you ok?" I heard y/n say, I looked at her confused

"yeah, why did you ask?" I said looking at her

"you spaced out" she said

"oh I didn't mean to" I said

"it's ok I was just trying to ask you something" she said

"what?" I ask back,

"are you sure your ok?" she asked

"w-why do you keep asking?" I said confused and kind of angry i sit up a bit more

"because you were acting wired at your house, what I mean by weird is n-not weird but strange, you were like..... a burst of different emotions, whats wrong?" she asked looking at me with soft eyes, I gulped

"I-i.....I don't know" I stuttered out for some reason tears started to from in my eyes.

"its just the thing with Colin not being here, him cheating whilst I gave brith to his baby.... its all rushing to me" I said tears now falling down my face

"Hey, hey it's ok, it's ok" she ushered me getting closer she opened her arms making me wrap my arms around her waist quickly I stuffed my head in her neck making her fall back lying against the couch with me on top, I instantly clammed down the her hand started rubbing circles on my back, she pulled the blanket up making warmth surround me, I felt the energy drain from me before I close my eyes.
