Y/n's POV

What? Broke? Water? Water broke? Ok clam down, breath.............yep not working i think Scarlett could see i was stressing

" y/n listen get me into some new clothes grab my bag, phone, extra towels and get Rose and drive me to the hospital" she tried to say calmly but had another contraction. I nod grabbing her bag which was already packed some towels and clothes i made my way to Scarlett changing her quickly.

I walked outside and put the stuff in running back inside picking up Rose and helping Scarlett up walking out the front door locking it.

I help Scarlett into the car and put Rose in the back seat buckling her up before closing the door before getting in the drivers seat and making my way to the hospital.

On the way i called Scarletts mum saying she is going into labour and what hospital we are going to.

Once I made it to the hospital, Scarlett has gotten into more pain because her contraction are ripping through her like a knife.

I help Scarlett out l of the car and grab Rose putting her onto my hip before walking into the hospital.

Instantly a nurse rushed to Scarlett holding her up before another brings a wheelchair over helping her sit down.

They started asking questions about how far apart her contractions are and check her vitals while rushing to a labour room. Beige is was stopped

"Are you family? "one of the nurses said making me shake my head

"No I'm just a 'friend "I said truthfully

"Im sorry but only friends can be in the room" she said making me nod bitch do I care?

I just hold Rose more before sitting in the nearest seat out side. Catching my breath. I could hear Scarlett grunt and groan. She had no one right now in that room.

A couple seconds later I her rushing down the hall making me look and see Scarlett's mum, dad and her brother Hunter.

"Y/n dear what are you doing about here?" Scarlett's mum said panting .

"They didn't let me in because I'm not family" I explained

"Come in with us, then" she said waving her hand making me stand up with Rose.

I walked into the room setting down my bag, I still had Rose in my arms and I think she was a bit uncomfortable from the how loud it is.

I turn around and see Scarlet holding the rails of the bed with sweat dripping down her forehead already. I think Hunter saw me with Rose nodding before making me give her to him. He walked over to Scarlett before kissing her head and walking out the room

"Where the fuck is Colin? "Scarlett grunted through another contraction

"Sweetie he is on a business trip" her mum said with hatred

" great he isn't even here for the birth in his own child" she growled loudly " he got me pregnant and made me go through 9 months of cravings and he was never there" she said again now crying.

I walk over to her other side of the bed because her parents were on the other side I grab her hand and use my other hand to wipe her tears away and making her look at me.

" you don't need her Scarlett, you went through this pregnancy all be yourself, you didn't need him then and you don't need him now, you are the strongest person I know." I said whispering seriously just to her but by her emotion change I think her parents knew the affect of what I said to her.

She just nodded and started to breath and slowly stop crying. Till one of them baby nurses came in. She walked to Scarlett and said they are going to lift her legs up on the stirrups.

" so Ms Johansson you are 8cm dilated yeah have to be 10cm or safely give birth so a little bit long ok?" The doctor said making her nod

Another contraction ripped through her

"I just want this baby out of me" she gritted through her teeth and gripped my hand with so much strength I think she could have broken it. Oh fuck it could be worse while she is delivering the baby.

Not long after the doctor checked against and said she was ready to push making her look at my with a look on her face.

" what's wrong bub? "I question and instantly got worried because 1 everything is wrong she is obviously terrified and in pain and 2 the name just came out accidentally.

"I'm scared" she whispered tears welling up in her eyes.

"It's going to be ok, once it's over it's over ok, you have done it before and you will do it again and have a amazing little family afterwards "I said thinking of the bright side after she gave birth making her nod.

"Ok Scarlett I need you to start pushing, just take some deep breaths for me" the doctor said making Scarlett take a couple deep breaths kind of relaxing before grabbing my hand preparing "ok start pushing" the doctor said

She started pushing making her instantly squeeze my hand with so much strength it could break my hand and my arm at the same time into dust.

Some time later I heard the doctor say 'there's the head' . Before I felt Scarlett slightly let go. Making me look at her she has tears streaming down her face with her baby hairs sticking to her forehead from the sweat

"Come your nearly there bub" I said rubbing her forehead wiping her tears away

"I'm so tired" she said looking into my eyes

"Your nearly done, just a couple more pushes and you can have all the sleep you want" i said making her nod taking some quick but deep breaths before pushing again grabbing onto my hand again, I think the blood is gone because I don't feel it anymore but I don't care

A lot of encouragement and pushed then the room heard loud but little cry radiating around the room.

I instantly felt Scarlett let out a tired sigh.

"Would the overages like to cut the cord?" The doctor said looking at Scarlett's parents, they looked at each other then at me

" I think y/n could cut the cord" Scarlett's dad said making my surprised I look at Scarlett

" please, for all you have done for me you can cut the cord "she said having a tired smile on her face.
I just nodded and cut the cored (I don't know how to do it so I ain't going into details)

I see the other nurses carrying the baby over to go clean him up. I walk back over to them and they handed him over to me. I look at the baby boy who I have in my arms.

So cute

I slowly walk over to Scarlett giving him to her. She tiredly looked down at the little boy before smiling and kissing his head, he stopped crying when I picked him up.

"Can you take him before I fall asleep? "she questioned making me nod and carefully pick him up. I walk around the bed to Scarlett's parents handing the little kid to Scarlett's mother. She silently said thank you before I walked back over to Scarlett. I was about to sit done before she grabbed my hand and pulled me to the bed.

"Do you need anything?" I ask making her nod

" I need you to sit next to me so I can sleep" she said making my chuckle

" you sure?, I don't want to hurt you" I said

" your not going to hurt me so get your stubborn ass into the bed and let me sleep" she said making me smile before carefully sitting next to her pulling my arm around her shoulder so she can lean into me.

She snuggled into me and closed her eyes. I kissed her forehead and saw a little smile appear making my smile as well.

" you did so well bub" I whispered to her
