Requested: Nah, I just wanted to do this. Also, there have been no requests for yan Daruk, so I wanted to do something for him.
Summary: This- and the BOTW Revali headcanons- made me realize how much I like the idea of overprotective ghosts.

* Let's go with the backstory of you being put in the Shrine of Resurrection with Link a hundred years ago, and like him, you're missing memories.

* When you two get on Vah Ruta, Mipha wants you to leave immediately. It's dangerous, there are monsters, she died here! You have to get out before you get hurt!

* As much as she's astonished and relieved that you're still alive, she puts those thoughts away for now. If she has to choose between your safety or being able to see you again, she'll choose your safety every time.

* Usually, you get Mipha's Grace when you've finished fighting Waterblight, but in this case, she's giving it to you right away. The last thing she wants is for you to be severely injured when there's nothing you can do to help.

* As much as she admires Link, you're her first priority.

* While you're navigating the beast, she insists that you periodically take breaks to regain your strength. She asks you how you've been, and is distraught to hear you've lost your memories.

* You... don't remember her? All those years, talking, laughing, comforting each other, being at each other's backs, all gone?

* Although it pains her, she hides that pain for your sake. She knows you're already struggling so much without your memories, you don't need anything else on your plate.

* She's holding her breath the entire time you're fighting Waterblight, warning you about all incoming attacks. She most likely tells you to go on the defense and tells Link where any openings are so you can avoid combat altogether.

* Like I've said in previous headcanons, Revali will be by your side the moment you board Vah Medoh. Unlike Mipha, who at least acknowledges that Link is there, he completely ignores the Hylian knight in favor of asking you how you are.

* Upon learning that your memories are gone, he's baffled, then angered. Not at you, but at tall the events that have led up to this. He hates how much you suffered, he hates that you've been hurt so badly you had to rest for 100 years just to recover, he hates how those 100 years of separation have erased any trace of him from your memory, and he's so angry he takes it all out on Link.

* Berating him, criticizing his combat skills, scolding him for bringing you to such a dangerous place, you will probably have to stop him before Link finds a way to kill him a second time out of frustration.

* When it comes to the Windblight fight, Revali tells you to stand by and let Link handle all the fighting. Should you choose to fight anyways, Revali will put your safety above Link's the entire time.

* The moment you step into Vah Rudania, Daruk is just "HEY! YOU'RE BACK!! :D" He's so happy and if he could he would hug you.

* Although he's clearly saddened that you don't remember him, he tries to look at the bright side. Even if you don't have any memories, you can always make new ones! And he'll do everything he can to make these memories even better than the last ones!

* When it comes to the puzzles, Daruk is your hype man, constantly cheering you on. When you eventually get to Fireblight, he was originally planning on giving you his power afterward, but after seeing you get nearly hit, he decides that giving it to you now is for the best.

* When you get to Vah Naboris, Urbosa teases you a bit, before getting serious, asking where you've been. Upon learning that you have no memories, she's... disgruntled to say the least. She tries not to show it, but you can just barely hear her muttering curses to Ganon.
