Hello fans, PangoroGrunt here! Last chapter, I introduced the concept of Bounties for Villains/Villainesses in the Multiverse. I'm posted this to give you all an idea on what this bounty system is all about.
Whenever a villain/villainess from a book, video game, TV series, or movie is introduced to the Multiverse, the Multiverse Bounty System will record their statistics, powers, abilities, and backgrounds and rank them.
ORIGIN=Their Home Universe
BOUNTY=How much money one can earn for capture or defeating them
RANK=Measure of how dangerous a villain can be.
Ω-Villain: DO NOT PURSUE!
SSS-Villain: Extremely Dangerous.
SS-Villain: Too Dangerous
S-Villain: Very Dangerous
A-Villain: Dangerous
B-Villain: Moderately Dangerous; always monitor
C-Villain: Monitor frequently
D-Villain: Keep record of, but otherwise not very dangerous
E-Villain: Not dangerous, but otherwise still a criminal under the law.
How do the rankings work?
A villain's rank depends on the type and number of crimes they have committed, and how long they have been an active villain. These rankings can increase if the villain has committed more crimes over the years. However, a villain can be pardoned of all crimes if their crime rate goes below D or E Rank.

Ω-Rank is the highest rank a villain/villainess can reach. Bowser was originally an SSS-Rank Villain, but after destroying the Universe, was immediately bumped up to Ω.
Bounties collected upon capture can easily be transferred to any form of currency. It can range between Billions to even a Decillion (33 zeros, baby) depending on the bounty.
