Through the vastness of space, stood an unstable satellite: a dying star. The earth that was made to walk on it started to get pulled into it's core, steam and fire dancing over it like snakes. On it, weak and beaten, was Bowser.

Bowser stumbled on what was left of the land on the star, his strength failing as groaning to himself. He roared in agony as he fell to the ground on his knees. He watched everything around him fall apart.

"NOOOOOO! My galaxy! My empire!" He exclaimed. "This can't be happening..." He gave out one final roar before he succumbed to his fate.

The star grew bigger and bigger as it glowed a harsh, bright shine before it collapsed and exploded into a super black hole.

Bowser woke up roaring in panic,  breathing fire in front of him. He heard a couple screams and instantly shut his mouth. He saw he was back in his own room, and saw Team RWBY in front of him, with Weiss using a glyph to shield them. They had startled faces and it turned into an awkward staring contest.

"Uhh...morning?" Bowser shrugged, giving an awkward chuckle.

The glyph disappeared and in it's place was an angry Weiss.

"THAT IS NOT HOW YOU GREET SOMEONE IN THE MORNING!!" Weiss shouted, causing Bowser to slowly shrink under the covers. "What were you thinking!? Are you trying to turn us into overcooked turkeys!!?"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" He cries, but the heiress would not have it.

"You could have burned us alive, you hot-headed lout!! You don't just wake up and breath fire at the ones who watched over you when you were found unconscious outside! Do you even think-"

As Weiss kept scolding Bowser, the Koopa King looked at the others with a pleading look. Blake came to his rescue as she rested her hands on the enraged Schnee.

"Calm down, Weiss. Remember why we're here." She said to Weiss.

Weiss stopped shouting, but she still gave the Koopa King a hard look. Relieved, Bowser got out of bed and stretched out his arms. Then with a loud crack, Bowser twisted his body to release the tension in his back, causing the girls to wince.

Yang barely contained her giggling when she got a good look at the Koopa King's pajamas. They were once a bright red, but were now stained with dirt and grass. Bowser grumbled to himself, something about a bird and wormholes. It sounded familiar to Yang, but she didn't know where.

"Sooooo, how'd you sleep?" Ruby asked.

Bowser gave her a deadpanned expression. "You mean besides being teleported outside by some kooky old bird lady, falling hundreds of meters down, then getting crushed by a metal desk from the top of the tower? Pretty good." Bowser said.

"Bird Lady?" Yang asked, getting curious.

"Yeah, wore a white mask and had a sword." Bowser grunted.

"Hmmm." Yang hummed, finding familiarity in Bowser's description.

"Well there will be plenty of time to think about that later! Tell us what Professor Ozpin said!" Ruby said cheerfully.

The Koopa King tilted his head. "About what?"

"About you staying here or not?" Blake asked.

Bowser wasn't sure what she was talking about, until snapped his clawed fingers. "Oh yeah! He said I can stay, but General Hardass wanted to keep tabs on me. He was pretty cranky when Ozzy saved my scaley behind." Bowser chuckled mockingly.
