Once they got closer to their location,Xander got nervous.He tried to reassure himself. "You got this Xander.You have done this before,you can do it again."He looked at her and his worries disappeared. Athena looked at him with a smile and then looked at the sky as it changed colors.He loved how fascinated she was with little details such as the sky changing colors.He wanted to pay more attention to these things for her.They finally reached their spot.He had brought her to the place where they had their real first kiss,the spot that changed everything.There was picnic set. "Wow.All this.What's the occasion." "Nothing really.I just wanted to spend time with you." "But it must be something.I could tell you are a little nervous." "I am not.I was just worried if you were going to like it." "Of course I would.There's nothing to even worry about." She held his hand while they sat down.All their favorite foods and snacks were there.They talked and laughed for a long time that night.Xander started to feel anxious again. "What's wrong." "Nothing.Why don't we dance." "To what there's no music." He pulled out his new phone and tried to play music.He was struggling.Athena went up to him. "You have to press that button." "Right." "I thought I taught you how to use a phone." "You did I just forgot." Athena was able to tell something wasn't right.Suddenly the song they danced to at the ball came on.

He held her hand and pulled her in.They replicated their dance like it had just happened.All their feelings rushed in all at once.Xander then remembered why he had brought her out there.He wanted the night to be perfect and better than the first time.Once they stopped dancing they looked into each other's eyes. "Athena."He said with a smile.He put his hand into his back pocket and got down on one knee.Before he could say anything Athena interrupted him. "No.Xander we are not doing this.Not now". He ignored her. "Athena,I love you with everything in me.I see our future together.I mean literally we have."He said chuckling.He opened the box to reveal an oval diamond ring with little diamonds going all the way around the main diamond. "Athena,my words are all jumbling around with what I was going to say but will you marry me?"He looked at her with hopefully eyes.He thought he knew what her answer was going to be but her answer suprised him. "Xander,as much as I want to say yes I want us to take our time.I mean this is the whole reason we are in this reality.I don't really want to redo things.I just want us to be us.You already know we are going to be married.There's no rush." His smile left his face.She kissed his cheek. "Thank you for tonight love.Listen I promise you can ask again and I will say yes."She walked away and went back to her room.Xander had mixed emotions.He didn't know what to feel.He felt sad but he also felt angry at Anthony.As much as he is grateful that he is alive he wished he didn't want Athena.He just got rid of Nolan.He couldn't do this again.He went back to his room.He threw the box on his bed.He screamed again.He sat on his bed and put his hands on his head.

All of a sudden there was a knock on his door.He did not want to be bothered with anyone or anything.He figured it was a servent or Sage so he didn't get the door.The person kept knocking. "Go away." He was expecting to hear a yes sir or a ok Xander.But instead it was his brother. "Hey Alex-I mean Xander,can we talk."Xander got off from his bed and got the door.He wanted to slam it in his face but he already snuck into his room. "What do you want." "Geez man.You don't have to be mean.Let me guess bad night." "Get out." "No,wait,I'm sorry.I just wanted to ask if I could get your blessing to marry someone.You know since you are going to be king and all." "Ha.Listen Anthony,I know your plan and it is not going to happen.Athena is mine and you don't stand a chance." "Oh really cause I'm pretty sure she rejected your proposal." "How do you-.No listen you do not know the whole story." "Maybe I don't but if she was madly in love with you she would of said yes in a heart beat." "She doesn't even like you man.Come on your delusional." "Again maybe I am.But with time she will realize she should be with me not you."He got up and left Xander's room.Xander knew his future was with Athena but he couldn't help but feel nervous.
