Tanjiro was in his room changing he was haft naked at the time when someone barge into his room he yelp a little and he then look at the entrance of his bed room door when saw Zenitsu,Zenitsu saw his brother haft naked and he can see hickeys on his female body 😏 its normal for the siblings well except for nezuko since he is a woman and woman needs a privacy while changing but for the three brothers its normal for them to see each other haft naked since they are males anyways Tanjiro then put on his fresh new clothes and walk towards Zenitsu.
Tanjiro:What's the matter,Zen?
Zenitsu:Since our mission is at the [insert city name] at the Musical studio what should we where for the concert

Kanao then hug the two males or should she called them brother and she also hug Inosuke and Inosuke also hug her back and she cry a little
Zenitsu:Pls take good care of Nezuko-chan for us,sis*smile at her*

Tanjiro:Don't cry Lil sis
Inosuke:Oi,Mizuko make your girlfriend
