A heart. It beats against her chest, or whatever it is nesting behind her ribcage.
She pushed down a knot surprisingly tied on her troath and looked in front of her to see the pair of eyes she loves looking at the most. It was a sight to behold. A sight that she could die looking at.
A sneaky smile stretching out on her lips.
One cold hands encircling her waist, Sana gasp because of it but pulled Dahyun closer by the collar and planted a languid kiss on her lips.
They were just right out the house and on the front door. It's almost afternoon and Sana needed to go back after visiting Dahyun for about an hour. She doesn't want to, but it's needed. If she'll stay much longer then Suho might know her whereabouts.
Before she even exactly leave, Dahyun thought another kiss on her lips would suffice for a goodbye. She pulled her close and kissed her and rested her forehead on Sana's. Letting out a satisfied sigh and smiling. They did not let go even after that. Maybe Dahyun's too scared. Maybe Sana too.
Dahyun clasped her hands behind Sana for support while the Japanese held onto her arms and made their noses touch. They both giggled finding it somewhat cute.
"You will call me when you get home?" Dahyun asked, almost inaudible. The thoughts running in her head makes it even more unbearable to watch Sana leave her and go back to her house with him in there. And so talking in front of the one she loves is almost impossible.
Sana was quiet, and Dahyun might know why.
The woman already told her how Suho doesn't want Sana using her phone to contact Dahyun especially when Suho can literally know it by any second.
Dahyun hated it. Hated him. Hated herself.
She hates how Sana can't be with her all the time, or even talk to her over the phone when they're not together. She hates how they can't go out like a normal couple would and holds each other's hand on the streets. Dahyun hates how she can't tell anyone how important Sana is to her and how she loves her. She hated how whenever they would kiss, they would ponder over fact that what they're doing is wrong, and Dahyun felt extremely guilty by it.
But like an addicting drug, they can't seem to stop consuming it. Consuming each other. Drowning in their love and affection, letting themselves die before they could even seek for help. Their hands stretched out into the wild, reaching something perplexing. A place where they could retreat and succumb to the beauty of each other.
She hated a lot of things, one being how she can't kiss Sana and own her and make her feel pleased, guilt free. But of course, satisfying Sana is not on anyone's jurisdiction.
"Alright, I get it." Dahyun muttered with an understanding smile before pulling herself away from Sana. The latter felt sad with the sudden coldness engulfing her and how she felt so empty without Dahyun's arms around her.
"I'm sorry, Dahyun." Sana pleaded, her fingertips on the hem on Dahyun's shirt.
"You say that a lot."
"It's because I am."
Dahyun only gave her a look, she cupped Sana's cheeks and pulled her one last time for a kiss before leaving her on the front door and going inside the house. Sana could only stare at the closed door, she know Dahyun was hurt. And she is too. And if they would keep doing this everyone around them would be too. Sana bit her lip to stop a sob. She shouldn't cry right now. It won't do her any good.
She went inside her car and drove away, without looking back, not seeing Dahyun peering over her behind the curtains and crying when she saw Sana's car disappearing over to the distance.
