"I know. Yeah." I said to my friend that was on the other line of the phone as I turned around on my executive chair.

"Mmkay...bye." I said and put down the landline back on its place on the top of my table.

"Miss Kim, they're ready." Called my secretary as soon as she walks inside my office.

I just nodded and stood up from my seat, I grabbed my blue coat hanging from the backrest of my office couch and wore it on my way to the elevator with her.

The presenters for today is also a known company in South, Korea. MK Group. I don't really like that company because of it's past issues but I hope this turns out well.

I walked ahead my secretary while she was just following me from behind, holding her things firmly, I went inside the elevator and she pushed the buttons for me.

"I heard the Chairman will be late for today's meeting." She said while waiting inside, I looked to her reflection at the elevator while perking my eyebrows.

"Why?" I simply asked, of course the Chairman can't do anything good in his life that he tried to be late in an important occation. What do you expect from an idiot like him?

"He's having lunch with CEO Kang, that's what I heard." She answered. I turned to her and chuckled in disbelief. "CEO Kang?" I asked and looked at my watch.

"Yes Miss Kim." She bowed as an answer while not giving me a glance.

"Is he trying to get the poor old guy on his side or he's just really being a dick?" I chuckled after saying that, she looked at me in surprise. Having conversations like this about the Chairman is never new to me, I would do the worst things in my mind after all...not just curse him and call him names.

"Miss Kim?" My secretary asked me in disbelief.

"He's prolly trying to work with the other company. Nevermind, its not even our lost anyways, he's useless." I crossed my arms and exited the elevator with her.

"You know you can't just say something like that to the Chairman." She gestured to the Conference room right ahead of us.

"I dont care about him, he hasn't done anything good for this company, I'm the one who's responsible for making this...this!" I spread my arms to present her the just one of the designed hallways of our building, my building. We both entered the room.

Warm feeling welcomed us along with their stupid gazes, y'all too obvious that you're planning something against me. I thought and scoffed silently.

They all stood up from their seat and bowed at me politely, I just waved my hands off and sat in front of everyone in the end of the conference table. In front of me was the projector just right at the other end of the table, the Boards are seating around it.

"Should we wait for the Chairman?" My secretary whispered to my ear. I shook my head as an answer and she bowed politely before announcing. "Okay."

"Please start the presentation." She announced as I scanned the area finding a woman standing in front of everyone with a smile, obviously trying to cover her nervous look. Half MK Group's Board is also here to be the witness.

"But the Chairman isn't here yet Miss Ki-" I cut off one of my company's Board, I gave him a stern look.

"Start or I will leave." I stated with all calmness and everyone stood quiet as I looked at the man who said that, that was just on my left side. "Choose." I added and gaze back at the woman in front.
