At some days, Sana would often find herself standing in front of--if not a building--a restaurant, a clinic, a hospital, just any sort of establishments or infrastructures. One house in particular, even standing just outside, shoes tapping anxiously on the threshold of this house as she contemplate on if it is a right thing to do, gave her some kind of Paranoia and an apprehensive feeling that cuts down her throat as she gather up enough courage to speak.
Coming here is not new, but standing in front of this house still gives her that shrinking feeling deep whitin her chest like some sort of her heart wanting to be let out. It's going wild inside her and Sana doesn't know what to do.
Because by the time she knocked on the door, she knew to herself that her life would turn upside down.
Even acknowledging the idea is enough to change everything, inside her and around her. Sana knew that.
She knew doing this would alterate things. And nobody knows if it's for the better or contrarily.
But Sana's not a coward.
She's a risk taker.
Sometimes irrational.
Often without even thinking.
But that's one of her qualities that she, herself, often find endearing the most.
Being brave.
Because when Sana wants something and she puts her mind into it, she gets it.
Though she doesn't even know to herself how persistent and desperate she is to be doing this thing she is doing right now.
But she found herself knocking on the wooden door as she let out a breath, bringing her hands down and calming herself as she waits for someone to open it.
The birds chirping behind her, afraid to step on the grasses still covered in the melting snow, was not really a big help to lessen her anxiousness but even before she could do anything to make it stop, the wooden door in front of her swung open reaveling Dahyun wearing her favorite white linen loose shirt tucked in one of her brown shorts and a white Converse Chuck 70 high top. Luckily, Christmas season have passed and so the snow that blocked the highways and driveways started melting under the sun, so Dahyun had enough guts to dress like this.
Sana tensed up by the sight and even Dahyun's shocked expression couldn't wake her up in her trance.
"S-Sana." Dahyun's voice cracked and it ringed into Sana's ear deafening her for a moment. Heart beating a surreal fast as she stare at the woman in front of the door, losing her dignity as she let herself get sucked in by Dahyun's eyes and into somewhere that only the two of them know.
"Hi." She finally breathed out after waking herself up and putting on a smile.
"What are you...doing here?" Dahyun beckoned for her to come in as she asks and Sana obliged almost immediately. Walking, Sana's 4 inches heels clacking on the house's white tiled floor as she smoothly straightens her pink button down dress underneath her baby pink cardigan that she personally loves.
Sana stopped on her tracks to look over to Dahyun, giving her the attention she didn't know she's looking for. Their body just inches away from each other that they could feel their body warmths.
"Just...I just thought I'd visit. If, of course you're not busy! But if you are then, I'd rather leave--"
"No." Dahyun cut her off her blabbering state awkwardly as soon as Sana mentioned leaving, Dahyun hated that word all of a sudden. "I...I am not busy." She cleared out.
The sun had already rises on the horizon, completely aiming towards Dahyun's house, and so when Sana sat down on the couch the rays of the big star hit her skin full blast, highlighting the brown color of her eyes as well as the creases on her forehead and the almost comical look on her face. Dahyun wanted to laugh but held herself back, after all, the excitement upon meeting Sana is much more relevant at this moment.
