As soon as they arrived they went to the garden area as it's where the lunch we're prepared, today they're having a family gathering a perfect timing for the Marcos family as they meet Emmeline and her Family.
As soon as Zoe got out of the car she was mesmerized by the interior of the house in front, she wasn't able to see it as they entered and got out from the back gate near the beach yesterday.
Everyone was already entering the house and still Zoe was still standing like a statue, "let's go inside sweetie, It's hot in here", irene spoke which zoe look at her smiled as she nodded her head.
"Zoe dito ka", borgy invited her
"Zoe dear, come here", Imee invited her which they'l be sitted with all the oldies. The boys we're separated ko
"Doon po muna ako kuya, I'll be back"
Zoey then sat down beside her mother facing Irene on the other side of the table, "no to seafoods anak, okay?" Emmeline whispered to her daughter which zoe nodded.
They all then started to eat while talking until the topic landed to the Zimmerman Family, "so emmeline kailan naman kayo umalis dito sa pilipinas?", Imee started
"Uhmm 2008 Manang, natagalan din at madaming kailangan asikasuhin na papeles"
"Ikaw manang emme di ka manlang nagimbita sa kasal mo, excited pa naman si Mama noon kasal mo nalang hinihintay", bong added
"Sa Amerika na kase kami nagpakasal at intimate wedding lang mostly sa kaibigan niya at kaibigan ko, hindi na ako nag imbita dito at alam kung hassle at busy kayo"
"Sa honeymoon ba gawa ang anak ang napaka cute niyong anak?"
"Josefa bunganga mo may bata diyan", imelda said
"Okay lang po I'm not that young enough naman po and we already lesson regarding that", zoe smiled. "Ako na po sasagot baka mommy is shy, I'm already three years old po when they got married"
"Nauna naman pala ang blessing kaysa sa wedding", imelda joke which made everyone laugh. "How old are you hija? Ito kaseng mama mo kilala na namin yan simula bata kaya ikaw nalang iinterviewhin namin"
"Ay hala shocks may ganon po? Hindi po me ready, mommy is not that palakuwento naman kase e. I wasn't aware nga po na she's a family friend of yours", zoe answered
"Silly how can I when you're too busy, you don't have time to sit in with us and watch a movie", emmeline fired back and slightly pinch her daughter's waist
"Aray naman mommy e nanakit, daddy oh"
"Your mommy never changed, ganyan na ganyan sila ni Irene noong mga bata pa sila", imee said
Emmeline then look at Irene who's just quiet while eating, they both smiled towards each other.
"So how old are you sweetie?", Liza then again queried
"Oh I'm ano na po 16 turning seventeen po this year"
"Oh really when is your birthday?"
"September 18 po"
And with that Irene immediately look at Zoe, she can't be wrong this time. Zoe is really her daughter, the daughter she left with emmeline. Her daughter whom she longs for in years already.
