Just a little messed up

Awkward

These past few weeks i have been so awkward in everything i do. I have been giving Lia a candy or a chocolate anytime i see her. Like the fuck it is so cringey. She does not even say anything. The first time i gave her a chocolate she refused to take it and was shy but the next few times i just hand it over to her. It's really really weird.

And today was going peace. Ryujin sitting next to me. I realised she is not that bad. I changed my place next to her and now i was sitting behind cherry.  It was 3rd period of the day and our English teacher made us do a activity, debate. It was violence vs non violence. .

Everyone would chose non violence because they got more points to say and like always i choose the against. And when the period came to an end i see our teacher talking to Lia. She took her to the corner and was asking something i guess. And kate was next to her. Suddenly Ryujin rushed to where they were and i dont know why. But the next second i see Lia turning to her side and i could see a tear dropping down her cheek. 

What's wrong?

I tried not to care. Cherry looked over her shoulder and i know she is looking at me. But i knew this is wrong. That Lia will never show any sort of interest in me so i just tried to stop whatever i felt for her. It was our break and minutes later Ryujin comes with Lia's bag in her hand. "What the hell Ryujin?" I asked a little too loud. "Lia is sitting here, she cannot be left alone okay? I don't wanna say this but she is kind of depressed." She says which made me look around to find Lia but she wasn't in the class.

As far as i know Ryujin will never mind her own business. 

I sit in my place and lean forward to place my head on the bench to relax. The break ends and here I am sitting next to Lia. "Well, umh- Hi" i said showing the amount of awkwardness i felt. "Hi" she says. The whole day it was just me trying to focus on what Lia was doing. She could scribble the last page of her rough book instead of solving maths. 

The teaches asked her to sit in the front because she seemed short but it was also because she sits all leaned forward. Even when she is writing she bends a little too much and i corrected her a few times. Then Ryujin explained the reason that Miss. Veronica asked Lia to sit with us. And if Ms. Veronica has said something it is to be followed. Bruhh she is the coordinator after all.

It was really awkward between me and Lia. Ryujin could joke here and there but it was not even funny. In a few days me and Ryujin started talking and i also got introduced to her friends, Karina, Taeyeon, Ailee. 

I thought Karina was that mean person but i was so wrong. She is actually nice. And i don't know about Taeyeon. She gets too energetic at times. Ailee is a book worm so nothing much about her. Slowly we all started having lunch together. That's how all friend circles start.

Days went by and school was boring. Everything was just exhausting but the breaks and lunch break were the times i had the most fun. We laughed and played around. Making fun and yeah for sure the dirty minded talks. 

It was break and i looked to my right to see Lia not Eating like always. She don't even bring her lunch. "Why don't you eat?" I asked after gulping down my food. "i don't like eating in school?" She said. I gave her a 'what?" Look and she spoke again. "I just feel it is too embarrassing " she said. I shook my head coz she was just too extra. "Do you even eat?" I asked because she was so lean. "I eat cereals in the breakfast and then i skip lunch and when for dinner, cereals again" she said which made eme look at her. "That's it?" I asked. How could she even survive on that. 

"Yeah. My mom was back of me today, she was forcing me to take the lunch" She said and moved forward and placed her chhek in her hand which's elbow was on the bench. "You'll fall sick" i said. "Nah. Don't worry about me" 

"Hmm and what about the Hyunjin guy?" I asked. Yesterday she mentioned that there was a group of guys near our school and it was some Hyunjin's group. They are guys from the opposite school to ours. "Nothing much. I already said you about him" she said. Yeah she did. 

She did start with 'he is hot' she said he was here with his friends and one of them was some Felix guy and they are 2 years older than us. Which means they passed out their high school while we are till in 9th. 

"Are you sure he is not your cousin or somewhat in your family?" She asked again. She asked this yesterday too. "Lia, not all people who are Hwang are supposed to be my family members. There are many people with the same surname" i said. 

"You like him?" I asked. 

"No" she blankly replied. Yeah, it's best to lie. 

"I'll send his pics to you. He is so hot" she said. I blinked and took a bite of my food. I hummed and she went on and on about this Hyunjin guy i don't even know.
