"I can't believe this is the last night we'll spend together." Niall leaned back in his chair and took a swig of his beer. We all sat comfortably around the fire pit in our backyard.

"Not for long," Lauren added. "We'll eventually make the move to the UK soon. I can't live without my godson for too long!"

I shot a smile towards Lauren's way. My emotions are up the wall. This will be my very first time living somewhere other than Washington. I'm saddened at the fact that I'm leaving my parents and Noah but I am also excited to start a whole new chapter of my life in London.

Liam and Alexa are moving to London as well so that Liam could be Zayn's right hand man as he begins to take over his fathers publishing company. So now that I will have Alexa by my side, I think this whole move doesn't seem as nerve wracking.

Niall and Lauren, on the other hand, are planning to make the move to the UK soon. Though Niall is trying to convince Lauren that they should move to his hometown back in Ireland instead.

"You mean, we'll make the move to Mullingar?" Niall corrected Lauren with a smirk. Lauren waved him off and let out a sigh.

"Not this talk again, Niall."

As for Louis and Mel, they've decided to stay in Seattle a bit longer before making the decision to move to the UK or not. Louis just doesn't want to pressure Melanie into leaving everything behind and moving across the globe for him. And the same goes for Harry. Him and Rosa are perfectly fine here for now. But who knows, maybe they'll want to move to Harry's hometown.

The night was coming to an end and we all said our last goodbyes and hugged each other for what seemed like forever. A few tears fell here and there between the girls and I, but that's just all our hormones playing games with us.

Now it was just Zayn and I standing at our front porch, watching as their cars disappeared out of the driveway and out of our sight. The warm August breeze felt relaxing as we stood there.

"I'm going to miss this," I said, looking out at our neighborhood.

"I am too," Zayn commented from behind as he wrapped his arms around me. "I promise you'll love London."

"I think I will. We should head back inside and get ready for bed. We only have a couple hours until we need to leave to the airport."

Zayn unwrapped his arms around me and led me back into our home. I'm going to miss calling this place our home. I was already so comfortable here and I'm going to have to start all over again.

The house was completely empty. Everything was packed and already on its way to the UK. The only thing left were blown up air mattresses in our bedroom where Ella and Ashton were fast asleep in.

After taking a quick shower and changing into pj shorts and Zayn's t-shirt, I crawled onto the mattress, being careful not to wake Ash, who was sleeping in between Zayn and I.

We're actually leaving to London tomorrow. The thought of it makes me feel scared, yet excited at the same time. It also makes me think of this one quote I remember reading.

"If it's both terrifying and amazing then you should definitely pursue it." -Erada

Or a quote by Zayn that I adore so much.

"Just close your eyes and enjoy the roller coaster that is life."

This will definitely be a roller coaster for us, but I'm sure we can pursue this brand new chapter of our lives.

Short chapter but hey, it's just the very first one! I'm super duper excited for this.
