Surprise! Early update and it's a long one :)

Zayn

I helped Evelyn off the desk and smirked at how flustered she looked after Liam walked in on us. She buttoned up her blouse and ran her hands through her hair.

"Stop looking at me like that."

I chuckled. "Looking at you like what?"

Evelyn covered her face with her hands and groaned. "This is really embarrassing, Zayn. I thought the door was locked!"

I removed her hands from her face and tilted up her chin to look up at me. "don't worry. It's just Liam."

"Yeah, and he saw-" she stopped, throwing her arms up in the air. "Ugh, never mind I don't want to talk about it."

My arms snaked around her waist and brought her closer and her arms wrapped wrapped loosely around my neck as she stretched up and kissed me.

"I'll make sure the door is locked next time," I said, breaking the kiss.

She glared at me. "It should have been locked earlier."

"I forgot that Liam has a spare key to my office. Okay, baby, look. He only came in for a split second and walked straight out after he saw...what we were doing."

Evelyn let out a sigh. "It's just weird."

I laughed. "I know."

"Well," she looked at the clock behind me on the wall. "Your meeting is going to start soon."

Frowning, I tightened my grip around her and nuzzled my face at the crook of her neck. "I don't want you to go."

"I don't want to go either, but-" she pulled away and adjusted my tie and straightened out my blazer. "I have to go house hunting with Lauren. She said my presence is mandatory."

"Okay. Let me know how it goes?" I asked, holding out her jacket as she slid her arms through.

Evelyn gave me one last kiss. "Of course. I'll see you tonight." she backed away and smiled, waving as she made it to the door and left.

Liam came back shortly after with a grin on his face. "Sup, mate!"

I already knew he'd be teasing me about earlier throughout the day.

"Sup." I nodded, looking over our new interns paperwork. "So, you know her?"

"The intern?"

"Yeah."

Liam sat down. "Yup, I remember her from grade school."

"And your one hundred percent sure she's going to be reliable than our last intern?"

I closed the folder and set it back down on my desk. Our last intern didn't do her job. Instead, she flirted with everyone in the office, including Liam and I. Of course, our ladies were not too fond of her and the only thing I had to do was fire her. Plus, she was stuck-up and annoying. And Liam was the one who said she would do a fantastic job as an intern.
