I've been enjoying writing in Zayns pov lately lol.

Zayn

"Oh, God. She's here," Noah panicked, ducking behind me. "How do I look?"

"What, who?" I asked, my eyes scanning Niall and Lauren's brand new flat. They hosted a little kick back party with close friends and family. "You look fine, lad. What's the girls name?"

"Lottie."

"Louis' sis?" I questioned him with a smirk. "Ah, so that's the girl you've been fancying lately?"

"She's fuckin' hot, bro," he whispered as he took a quick peek at her over my shoulder.

I moved to the side and Noah followed my step. "Stop hiding behind me."

"Where else am I going to go? I barely know anyone here besides the the usual."

"You're going to have a conversation with Lottie."

"Don't do that to me, man," he pleaded, whining like a child. "Do you want me to make a fool out of myself?"

"Look, Ev is talking to her right now." I pointed across the room. "Go up to your sister, introduce yourself to Lottie or maybe Ev will and then she'll leave you two alone and bam! You're alone with Lottie."

"I'm going to fuck up."

"Think positive, lad!"

"Zayn, no-"

I shoved Noah forward and he looked back at me with a slight glare, causing me to chuckle. I watched as he slowly approached them and Evelyn introduced him to Lottie. And then, she left the two to talk on their own.

I called it.

Evelyn made her way towards me and grinned once she felt my arm snake around her waist. "I called Waliyha just to check up on Ash and Ella. I can't help but make sure everything is alright every now and then."

"They're perfectly fine with my parents," I assured her.

"I know, I know," she nodded. "But hey, look at Noah. Hes twiddling with his fingers!"

"I notice he does that whenever he's nervous," I said, watching Noah in amusement.

Evelyn giggled and leaned against me as she linked her arm around mine. "He's gotta up his game. Usually he isn't the shy type but I guess Lottie has that affect on him."

"What if they actually like...date or something?"

"I wouldn't mind, she's lovely. And maybe he'd snap out of his fuck boy habits," she huffed, rolling her eyes.

I had a kick out of that because fuck, if that's not the truth, then I don't know what is. I remember Evelyn telling me about his fuck boy antics at WSU.

"Hey, everyone!" we heard Niall's voice and everyone paid attention him. "Lauren and I would like thank everyone for coming. We're so excited to finally have a flat together and on our own."

"And we're also can't express our gratitude enough for all the gifts y'all got for us," Lauren added, smiling genuinely.

Niall leaned back and grabbed his guitar from behind him. "I also have a little performance for everyone, if that's okay?"

Everyone in the household hooted, encouraging Niall to continue.

"Alright," Niall chuckled and settled the guitar on his lap before he began playing. "This ones for you, baby," he said to Lauren and she blushed slightly.

"Oh my god," Evelyn gasped and we all watched Niall finish off the song as he got down on one knee. "I'm going to cry."

"Lauren Elizabeth Vance," Niall began, holding out a little velvet box.

By now, everyone was squealing and rooting for him.

"Will you marry me?" he continued and the room erupted with excitement.

Lauren was speechless, holding her hand to her mouth before she slowly bobbed her head up and down, causing all of us to cheer for them. Niall stood up and slid the engagement ring onto Lauren's ring finger.

"To Mr. Horan and future Mrs. Horan!" Evelyn raised her glass in the air as everyone followed suit, cheering on the newly engaged couple.

The lads and I huddled around Niall, attacking him with a hug to congratulate him while the ladies did the same to Lauren.

We pulled away and Liam nudged Niall. "You ready to get hitched?" he asked, smirking.

"Hell the fuck yeah," he answered, chuckling shortly after. "Can't wait until she's mine."

Louis cocked his head to the side, raising a brow as if he was confused. "She's already yours, mate?"

Niall smiled, sneaking a quick glance at Lauren behind him with our girls before saying, "Until she's my wife."

YAY. It's about time Niall popped the question! And guess who's finally making an appearance in the story again???
