The past two days went by so fast. I basically stayed home and read for the rest of the weekend because I wanted to spend as much time as I can at my house. There's so many memories that I have here. Getting my first dog, Zoey , who is the opposite of Oreo. Zoey had all black and a little bit of white. The times when my nieces came over and we'd play together. But in a couple of weeks all of that was going to change. I kept thinking about all this as I was shampooing my hair. Showers gave me a lot to think about, that's one of the reasons why I enjoy taking them so much. After I got out, I put some lotion on and put on a new pair of pajamas. I checked my phone, and sure enough I got a text from Kristie.

"Hey your'e going to school tomorrow right?" Kristie asked.

"Of course I'm going, why?" I responded.

"Just making sure. I want to spend as much time with you as possible!" Kristie texted back.

I sent her a smiley face back and got into bed, and decided to read for a little while. As soon as I got comfy in my bed my brother knocked on my door.

"Hey." He said.

"Hey bro what's up?" I asked.

"Are you happy about moving to Seattle?" Steve asked.

"Well I mean, I'm scared but I'm also excited. Pearl Jam lives there!!" I almost screamed. Steve laughed at me.

"No I agree that part is awesome. Who knows maybe my band will open up for them at one of their concerts one day." He smirked at how crazy the idea sounded.

"That would be way too good to be true." I sighed.

"Well I'll let you go to bed. Night kiddo."

"Night, bud." I said. We hardly ever call each other by our names, we have our own nicknames. As usual the first thing I saw in the morning was Oreo's face staring at me. My mom must have gotten up earlier then usual to let her out. I laughed and got up to get dressed . I kept debating on wether I wanted cereal for breakfast or something warm. It was freezing today, so I decided to make myself an egg sandwich. I always put a slice of cheese on it so I would give Oreo one too. She loves cheese. When I was finally done getting ready, I got in the car with my mom. As I got to the school, I smiled to myself knowing that I'll be heading once again to the chorus room.

"Lolita!!" Screamed, Kristie, Megan, Austin And our friend Olive. I ran to them as they were about to embrace me.

"What are we doing next Friday?" Asked Megan. I laughed.

"Jeez it's only Monday Meg." I said.

"I don't care I want to make plans now so I can see you." Megan said Jokingly.

"I feel so loved lately I'm glad I'm moving."

"You...you want to leave us?" Asked Kristie looking like she's about to cry if I don't say something.

"No no! It's just a nice feeling being loved." I hesitated and corrected myself. "Well, being loved more then usual." I laughed.

"Guys, we should get to class the bell is going to ring in three minutes." Said Olive. We rolled out eyes, but we really should start walking. We did one big bear hug and said our good-bye's. I went to the art room, and took my seat waiting for Mrs. Kowants to enter the room. Jen wasn't here today I noticed, feeling disappointed. It's getting close to the end of the marking period so, soon by the time I leave classes will be changing. I'm starting to want to graduate early since I'll be transferring to a new high school. Remembering this did make me feel better. Who am I going to go to senior ball with anyway? My friends will be here might as well get a head start on things. I smiled knowing I can start looking for a job, in Seattle. Mrs Kowantz ordered the class to pay attention.

"Today, we should be finishing our portrait drawings and after that work on you're final exam study guide." I was probably around two or three points from being able to exempt my art final, so I decided to finish that hoping to get enough points in the end. After I finished it, we only had about five minutes left. The bell rang and I got my stuff and headed back to the chorus room where I kept my books. I didn't want to be late to class, so I said bye to Kristie and Megan. Like always English flew by. That is my best subject. I loved the reading part of it, and especially when we have to write essays. I know weird right? After second period I headed to my third period class which was oceanography. I sighed not wanting to go there because there were a couple of mean girls in that class.

"I'm surprised she hasn't dropped out of this class already she must be smarter then we think." Said Alyssa to her friend, Brianna. They started laughing hysterically and I rolled my eyes when they weren't looking. They must be pretty insecure about themselves To have to make fun of me almost every day. I honestly, felt sorry for them. This is the longest class if the day mostly because, it's almost the end of the day and everyone is tired and wants to go home. Finally, though the bell did ring. I got my stuff together and went to gym. Every other day was chorus or gym and today was gym. Not a good day. We did our warm ups and played doge ball. I did my best to not hit anyone in the head but of course I did. I accidentally hit this poor girl right in the nose.

"Oh my Gosh are you okay?" I asked her.

"Yeah I'm fine don't worry about it." She smiled and walked away. I did a sigh of relief. After about a half hour or so the day was finally over. I went to the girls locker room, got changed and went home. This was going to be a long week.
