Kris tie's POV
I was standing in the dark. I don't know why or how I got there but the next thing I knew I felt a presence by me though. Not a bad one just a strong one. I craved for whoever it was to come to me.
"Kristie over here." I heard a gentle beautiful voice say from behind me. I knew that voice anywhere and I almost cried tears of joy. I miss him. I need him. I finally got my act together and turned around. It was Nate.
"Why don't you ever talk to me anymore?!" I nearly screeched.
"I can't baby I can't my girlfriend won't let me."
"Well she's obviously not the one for you if she can't accept the fact that you have some friends who are girls. You can't just forget about me you know."
"I can't lose her."
"You've only been going out for a month or two and you have known me for you're whole life!"
"I know. But she's my whole world. I'm sorry." He started to walk away.
"Nate! Nate! Come back!!" I kept yelling but no matter how many times I tried my voice eventually got hoarse and he kept getting farther and farther away.
"Kristie Kristie wake up! Wake up!" That voice sounded like my mom. I made an attempt to mumble and I finally was able to speak in a clear enough voice.
"What's wrong?" I asked, concerned.
"You were talking in you're sleep."
"What was I saying?"
"You weren't making any sense you kept saying "Nate" over and over again." I was reminded of the night mare and each detail. I felt myself shake and I burst into tears.
"He doesn't care about me anymore!" I sobbed. Normally I never cry in front of my mom we don't get along that well but for some reason today was different.
"You miss him." My mom said it, just like that.
"What did I do wrong? Why does his girlfriend have to be more important then his friends? I understand he loves her and everything but be doesn't have to forget about me." I ranted, sensing that I was about to start a fresh new wave of tears.
"Try to call him honey." I nodded my head not wanting to speak.
"I'm just so sick of all these nightmares!" I screamed at my wall after my mom gave me a hug and went into the kitchen. I grabbed my phone and texted Nate.
"Hey." I texted him and waited for a response, tapping my foot nervously. I decided to keep myself busy. Nate and I have been best friends since we were little kids. He had blond hair and blue eyes. I've been in love with him but it seems like he only likes me as a friend and I have learned to accept that but I still let myself cry myself to sleep every now and then. I heard my phone go off and almost dropped it, cause I'm trying to put my code in so quickly. My fingers are shaking. It was Nate.
"Hey I can't talk right now g2g." Sigh. That was his usual response lately. I'm getting kinda used to it but I still try every couple of days. My phone went off again and this time it was drake.
"Hey it's drake what are you doing today?" My heart started beating faster as I texted him back.
"Nothing why?"
"Want to take a walk with me?" I thought about it for a minute but then I thought sure why not.
"Sure. Where?"
"How about on the beach?" The idea seemed kinda sketchy but hey what's the worst that can happen?
"Awesome. What time?" I texted him back.
