"What did you say!?" the Hittite king shouted when he heard the news that Izmir had been attacked. "My son, the prince, is wounded because of Carol?"
"Yes, Your Majesty!" the messenger said.
"Poor Izmir!" the king said.
"Yes... poor him..." the queen said, worried for her son.
"Yes! This is sad news, indeed!" the messenger said. "The prince was hurt using an unknown method!"
"You evil girl... How dare you use witchcraft to hurt my son! You will die!" the Hittite king said, cursing Carol. 'If something were to happen to Izmir...' "Hey you! Gather all of your best me and order them to go to Babylon to bring Carol back to me! If the soldiers can't bring her back alive, bring me her head!" he ordered a group of assassins.
"Okay!" the leader of the assassins said.
"Has the prince arrived?" the queen asked.
"No, he is still at the oasis Nep! His wound is really severe!" the messenger said. "The daughter of Ishtar is treating him, but..."
"The daughter of Ishtar? You mean the doctor, Bonnie, is with him?" the queen asked.
"That's right! She appeared through fire and promised she would treat his wound if he let the daughter of the Nile go," the messenger said.
"He is in good hands, then," the queen said, a little relieved.
"We can't trust her to heal him! She's a witch like that evil Carol!" the king said.
"If the doctor promises she'll do something, then she'll do it," the queen said.

"Weird... I am now able to see the wound... It seems to be just a little hole! And the wound seems to be swelling up!" Kurush said, looking over Bonnie's shoulder while she cleaned the wound.
"Huh?" the rest of Izmir's men said. "Oh no..."
"It's not just 'seems'... It is swelling up!" Bonnie said. "Oh, if only I had my medicines with me! Quick, I need surgical tools! Find me some!" She felt Izmir's forehead. "He's burning up. I need to treat this wound soon, or..."
"B... B... Bonnie!" Izmir moaned. "Don't... leave me... Bonnie!"
"I gave you my word, remember? I'm not going anywhere until I'm sure you'll make it!" Bonnie said.
"Don't worry, Prince! We'll make sure that's true!" Kurush said. "Hold on, prince! Find her surgical tools and medicine! Or a physician she can borrow them from! Hurry!"
Mula came riding up to the tent on horseback.
"You?" Bonnie said, surprised to see her there "Do you have surgical tools by any chance?"
"I didn't know what to bring, so brought everything!" Mula said, holding up a bag with all the medical supplies she had with her.
'I wonder how she got here so fast?' Bonnie thought, but she wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth. "Good. Set it here," Bonnie said, pointing to a table beside the bed. Mula set the bag down, and Bonnie started digging through it while Mula went to the prince's side.
"Are you better?" Mula asked him.
"Mula..." Izmir moaned.
"Don't you see that this wound is deep?" Mula asked when she moved the bandage to look at the wound herself.
"Yes! We see!" Kurush said.
"That's why I need tools!" Bonnie said. "I need something I can use to remove the bullet!"
