First of all, 50k?! You people are loony!

Second of all, I'm not trying to fangirl, but OMG I AM GOING TO GET TO SEE THE NEW AVENGERS THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last of all, chapter time! This chapter has laughter, happiness, and some action, so I hope you like it!

Tony walked back to his room and screamed until he ran out of air. "Zombies!"

There. Were. Zombies. In. His. Room.

He slammed the door and reached for his suit. The zombie apocalypse had started. He needed to find Pepper.

Wait! Pepper! What if she had already been Turned?

"Pepper! Get me a footstool!" He shouted. It was their Marco Polo.

"You'll get 12% of a footstool!" She retorted from the kitchen.

He raced in and grabbed her.

"Tony set me down! Right now!" She whacked his head through the suit.

"No time! The zombie apocalypse is here! I need to get us all to my island!"

P͞͞e͞͞r͞͞c͞͞y͞͞

Percy was dead. No. Not literally. More like laughing so hard that he couldn't think. Or breathe. The prank was too hilarious. 'I need to get us all to my island!' Pure comedy.

He was so distracted by laughing that he didn't even notice it when Fury stalked in. Or when he put a gun up to his face. Or that Fury's eyes weren't their normal color. Or pretty much anything until he spoke in a raspy voice and Spidey tried to warn him. "Look out!"

But it was too late.

"The Mistress and Master will be proud that we killed the so called 'Savior of Olympus.'" The gun was pressed to Percy's forehead now. One press of the trigger could end his life.

Percy managed to look over. Annabeth had tears in her eyes. She must've been heartbroken. She must've run every possible scenario in her head by now. She knew that Percy couldn't make it.

"I love you, Wise girl." Percy told Annabeth one last time. He knew that even if he tried to fight, he would be shot in an instant.

"I love you too, Seaweed brain," Her eyes were filled with a sadness and despair beyond belief. But for some reason she raised her hand like she was reaching for something and a few shrill screeches filled the air.

Percy wasn't sure what it was, but it confused the eidolon long enough for Percy to slam the gun on the floor beside his head- barrel down- and flip Fury over him. The eidolon tried to shoot him but the bullet went through the floor.

The shot left his ears buzzing but he managed to see Spidey grabbing his web shooters and start cocooning Fury in webbing as-were those ducks- flew around the theater.

"Someone go check on Percy." Only after she said it did she realize how bad it sounded. But she had to take care of the eidolon first, right? It could possess anyone else in a few seconds. Especially anyone in the tower. "I'm going to take care of the eidolon."

"No, you're not. We're going to interrogate that thing that possessed our director." Clint argued.

Fatal mistake. He didn't even mention Percy's near death. And no one argues with Annabeth Chase.

"Jarvis, shut down all camera and recording activity in this room." She glared at Clint full force.

He shivered. "Wha-"

"Certainly, miss." The AI responded. "Code?"

Annabeth walked over to the keypad and typed it in. Long story short, she didn't actually have access to Tony's page at the architecture firm. She hacked it. Dadaelus' laptop had its perks.

"Thank you, miss. The action will now be completed."

"Barton, it's from our world, not yours." She started. "And interrogate it? You can't even hope to reason with it without a Charmspeaker, a person who can control people with their voice. And yes, we've tried to interrogate them before without a Charmspeaker. Also, a little bit of background on this certain eidolon. It can leave the body at will, even in restraints, it can possess anyone, anywhere, at any time, it tried to kill Percy twice, it can most likely pass through walls and is almost invisible, even though we are still debating on those points. You can try to stop me, but you'll fail. If it makes you feel any better, I'll have my friend interrogate it before we banish it. Just so you know, this is as delicate as an exorcism. Still think you can handle it?"

"Dang." Clint said. "I think I'm good."

"Gwen, make sure they don't go near Fury." Annabeth grabbed a rainbow prism from her room, ran back, made a rainbow, and IMed Piper. "Hey, we have a problem."

"What is it? What's going on? No one's heard from you since Thursday night!"

"There's an eidolon."

"Oh. Where's it at?"

They took care of it in about two minutes. The Avengers' reactions? They were pretty funny, besides Natasha's, since she'd already seen it happen before and Tony's because well, he was on his way to his island still.

"Jiminy Cricket!"

"What the-"

"This is a powerful beast!"

Afterwards, Annabeth ran over to Percy- who had been talking to Steve about something- and helped him to his feet, only for him to pull her onto a couch with him.

"I thought I was going to lose you," He held her close.

"And I you," She said and hugged him back.

"Are those ducks?" Percy asked looking up at the birds.

Annabeth laughed and leaned her head against him. Only Percy. "They're owls, Seaweed Brain."

"Oh."

She could imagine exactly how his face looked at that very moment. His mouth would be a perfect 'o' shape, his eyebrows would be furrowed, causing a crease in his forehead, and his eyes would churn like waves before they hit a beach as he wondered how owls got into the tower.

"So, how did the owls get here?"

"I may or may not have gotten a power when I got my suit."

Percy smiled. "A power? Annabeth, that's incredible. You can summon owls?"

"Yep."

N͟͟i͟͟c͟͟o͟͟

After a few wrong turns, finding the pool, the game room, the armory and the training room, Nico finally reached Tony's room and put the zombies into place.

He heard footsteps coming closer and hid in the closet.

The door opened and he peeked through the crack.

A not-so-manly scream tore through the air. "Zombies!!!!!"

Nico couldn't contain his smirk as the door slammed.

Then he heard the gunshot and rushed to the theater. No one noticed when he walked in, but maybe that was the shadows' fault. He saw Percy holding Annabeth on one couch with Peter and Gwen, Clint and Natasha on one of the other couches and Steve and Bruce talking about Tony and something about an island.

It was chaos. A bullet hole in the floor, everyone chatting, owls flying near the ceiling and screeching their butts off and him walking in on it all. Nico was confused. What the heck had happened while he was gone?
