"This is a great apartment. It has been photographed in various architectural magazines", said the house broker. Ari is a kind woman in her 50s. She is a real estate agent and has been helping Hoseok find a home in Seoul.

"Yeah, I told you I need something furnished." Hoseok looked at the furniture. Ari said that it was contemporary. He looked around. Style has taken a beating here, he thought to himself but didn't say anything. He tried sitting on the couch only to fall back. Bad couch.

"No, I don't like it

"No, I don't like it." Ari was getting frustrated. She saw how Hoseok was trying to get up. She has been showing Hoseok various houses but none fit the bill. Some was contemporary, some was vintage. She lost track of what was the type of house Hoseok wanted as nothing seemed perfect for him.

He walked dejectedly out of the nth house with Ari when he felt a cool breeze. A tiny paper flew and latched on to his face out of nowhere. He took the paper and saw it was an ad.

XX BUILDING WITH ROOF ACCESS

AZ ROAD, SEOUL, KOREA

Hoseok looked around and realized it was on the opposite of the road they were standing. He turned to leave when Ari stopped him. "Oh no no. Hoseok, wait. this place is too posh. They are vultures. They will charge you half of what you earn. Maybe you should take your time and contemplate what type of house you want."

But none of it fell on Hoseok's ears. There was a strange pulling as he walked towards the building and asked the super. Ari sighed as she contacted the person on the ad. After confirmation from the contact person, the super allowed them in to take a look at the house.

Hoseok walked around taking in each and every view that the apartment offered. Everything looked so immaculate. Clean and crisp with not a thing out of place. The whole apartment was well-furnished. And best part, it offered him an unknown feeling of comfort. He could live here. It was just what he was looking for.

"I liked this. I am in", Hoseok said to the house broker as he waddled his way to the rooftop.

"Wow", his mouth fell open as he saw the view. Ari followed giving the same expression as Hoseok.

"This is breathtaking, Hoseok. And you have a private access. I mean they didn't do much here but come on, you can do something with this." She looked around as the rooftop was empty and plain with 2-3 pots with withered plants lying around. Hoseok was an architect and with such private access to the rooftop, he can surely create something beautiful.

He walked back to the apartment and plonked himself on the couch. "Hmm....this is nice. I like the couch."

"The couch? Of all the things, you liked the couch?"
