It was time to Tae's vaccine. Enwoo insisted that he will take Hoseok but Hoseok was adamant. After Tae's vaccine, Hoseok, Enwoo, and Tae made their way to the hospital together. Hoseok had taken half a day off from work to be there. As they approached Jungkook's examination room, they noticed him coming out with an elderly woman. Spotting Hoseok, Jungkook's face lit up with a smile. He reassured the woman about her reports and prescribed the necessary medication. Grateful, the elderly woman bowed and expressed her gratitude to her doctor. Turning her attention to the family, she couldn't help but notice the two men and their adorable little boy.
The woman smiled unconsciously at the family and spoke, "Oh my, what a lovely family you have! Your son is so adorable!"
Hoseok confimed without realizing to what he admitted, "thank you, ma'am. He's our pride and joy."
The woman looked at the man standing near hoseok and grinned, "And your husband is very handsome too. You two make a great couple."
While the words put Hoseok in a sudden state of shock and embarrassment, Enwoo blushed hard and cleared his throat, "Actually, he's not my husband. He's my...friend."
The elderly woman realized the blunder and apologised quickly, "Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to assume."
As Hoseok's head cleared up, he spoke up, "It's okay. It happens a lot."
"Well, you're still very lucky to have such a good friend." the elderly woman smiled and bowed.
Hoseok confirmed, "Yes, he is. He's very talented and caring."
Kook was standing witnessing all this, gritting his teeth annoyed by the woman's assumption. He cleared his throat, "Excuse me, ma'am. I need to talk to my husband for a minute." He took Tae from Hoseok's arms and plonked the poor kid on Enwoo's hands. "Enwoo, can you entertain Tae for sometime? I need to talk to Hoseok."
"But Kookie..", Hoseok tried to say something but was interrupted by Jungkook, "Now Hoseok...". He grabs Hoseok by the arm and drags him to his examination room leaving Enwoo and the old woman in daze.
He slammed the door and pushed Hoseok by the door. Hoseok was caught between two strong arms on either side. His face was met with furious black orbs of his husband. "What was that all about?"
"What do you mean?"
"Don't play dumb with me. That woman thought you and Enwoo were married!"
"Well, that's not my fault. She just made a mistake."
"A mistake? Or did you do it on purpose to make me jealous?"
Why would I do that Kook? You know I love you."
Kook barked, "Then why are you always hanging out with him? He's always around you, like a shadow."
