"Hoseok, I am sorry. Please open the door. Where are you going? Hoseok? Please let me explain." Hoseok opened the door with holding a suitcase.
"Hoseok where are you going? Hoseok, please baby let me explain", Jungkook reasoned.
But Hoseok slammed the suitcase on the corridor leaving Jungkook shocked. "I am not going anywhere but you are...." Hoseok shut the door without waiting for a response from Jungkook.
A few minutes ago:
After apologizing to Eunwoo and resolving the situation, Hoseok walked back into the apartment. As he entered, he noticed Tae peacefully sleeping in Jungkook's arms. For a moment, he felt a wave of tenderness wash over him, softening his earlier anger. But then, Jungkook looked up, his eyes meeting Hoseok's. There was a mixture of emotions reflected in that gaze—regret, longing, and a desperate plea for understanding.
Hoseok, feeling the weight of the moment, silently turned and made his way towards the rooftop. It was a special place for him, a sanctuary where he could escape from the turmoil and find solace in the tranquil garden. He had missed his work during these difficult times, but right now, Tae's well-being and their family's happiness were his top priorities. He understood the immense pressure that Jungkook's job brought, and he didn't want to burden him further with his own struggles. Deep down, he missed Jungkook just as much as Jungkook missed him, but he didn't want to appear clingy or emotionally needy. Thus, he kept his emotions bottled up, thinking it was for the best.
To his surprise, Jungkook followed him to the rooftop and stood beside him. In that moment, their connection felt stronger than ever. Jungkook began to explain, pouring his heart out and revealing everything that had happened in his life during their time apart. He came clean with every detail, leaving out nothing.
To say Hoseok was pissed would be an understatement.
ANDDDD NOW................
Jungkook's desperation grew as he continued to bang on the door, pleading for Hoseok to open it and give him a chance to explain. Each strike against the door echoed through the empty hallway, a reflection of the turmoil within his heart. He reached for his phone and dialed Hoseok's number, hoping for some form of connection, but each call went unanswered, deepening his sense of unease.
Feeling defeated, Jungkook slumped down beside the door, his back against the cold surface. His voice trembled as he spoke softly into the phone, leaving a heartfelt voicemail. "Hobi baby, please... Please give me a chance to explain. I know I messed up, but I need you to hear me out. Just once. Please..."
Minutes passed, each second feeling like an eternity. Finally, the door creaked open, and Jungkook's eyes met Hoseok's gaze, but instead of the warmth and understanding he had hoped for, he was met with a chilling coldness. Hoseok stood there, his eyes filled with a mixture of hurt and anger, his expression unreadable.
Jungkook's heart sank as he realized the depth of the pain he had caused. He took a deep breath, gathering the fragments of his courage, and spoke with a shaky voice, "Hoseok... I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt you like this. Please, just give me a chance to explain everything."
Hoseok remained silent, his eyes locked onto Jungkook's. The weight of the situation hung heavily in the air, as if time itself had frozen, waiting for a resolution.
Jungkook continued, his voice filled with genuine remorse, "I know I've made mistakes, and I can't change the past. But I want to make things right. I want to understand how you're feeling, and I want you to understand how much I love you. Please, Hobi, let's talk, let's work through this together."
