Ghost and Rooster

Disclaimer: I got a few questions about this awhile ago. The Navy uses military time but for the sake of the readers understanding it and for the use of it being easy to read and write, I will be using standard time ❤️

Y/n wakes up around 5:32 and starts getting ready for the day and Bradley grunts "baby, where'd you go?" And rolls over to find her.

Y/n walks out of the closet and over to the bed and leans down kissing him ever so gently and says "I'm right here" he says "why'd you leave?" Still in his morning voice.

She says "baby, we have to go to work today. New pilots, training, Dangerous mission?" And pats him on the shoulder. He grunts and says "what if I don't go?" She says "I'll demote you" with her hand on her hip. He jumps up and says I'm a dramatic voice "you wouldn't!!" While clasping his heart.

She says "I would and I will if you don't get up right now Commander" he jumps out of bed and salutes and says "yes ma'am" she bursts out laughing and says "I love you" he runs over to her picking her up, throwing her over his shoulder and says "I love you too, I'm hungry" and takes off downstairs.

Y/n is laughing and kicking around shouting "BRADSHAW!! PUT ME DOWN!!!" While laughing so hard she can barely breathe.

He puts her down and says "babe, you're so gorgeous! I love you" and kisses her forehead. Y/n says "What did I do to deserve a husband like you? Every day, I wish for the moments that I get to spend in your arms." He says "I'm so lucky that I found you. You're everything I need and more. I'm so thankful that we got a second chance to be parents" and drapes guide arm around her.

She says "Bradley, I was always there we just had our own things going on but you were always there" and smiles. He says "every time I thought I was gonna ask you out you would always get another boyfriend or the timing wouldn't be right. You were my best friend, you are my best friend, the only person I had honestly"

Y/n says "Bradley, I love you so much. I'm so excited that I get to have a family with you" he looks down at her belly and says " lil Bradshaw, you have the coolest parents ever and I love you" and kisses her stomach.

Y/n starts to tear up and Bradley notices and says "babe what's wrong?" And caresses her cheek. She says while sniffling, "that was so sweet, I am so lucky to have you as my husband" he wipes her tear and says "you are the better half of me baby, I wouldn't ask for it any other way" and kisses her gently.

He adds "we need to head to the base. It's already 6:00" she says "okay, what's todays lesson?" He says "more dogfighting, some regular teaching and maybe some one on one? What do you think?"

She says "they need to get familiar with their aircraft, Tons of briefing on the mission, techniques etc." he says "do you want to do the briefing, teaching and all of that stuff? I'll do the flying?" She says "that sounds good! I'll talk to some of them. I wanna ask them all why they are here just to know their background stories"

He says "that's an awesome idea! Do you want me there or just you?" She says "we can do that tomorrow. yeah you can join if you want too. then you can ask the questions I don't ask" he says "okay, I'm going to give the pups food and take them out really quick then we can leave"

Bradley says "Sebastian!!! Bailey!!!!!" and they come running out of Rooster and y/n's bedroom and down the stairs. he was over to their pantry and gets put their food and says "here buddies" and they munch on their food extremely fast. once they're done eating, Bradley says "potty time" and walks outside and says, in his puppy taking voice, "come on let's go potty" y/n starts giggling because Bradley is using his baby talk to the pups.

once the pups has done their business he takes them inside to their room and they get in their car and talk all the way to the base about life, the baby, the puppies and work. They get out and head to the office.
