It's Complicated...

Back Again

Delia and I made our way to the elevator and up to the floor the secretary told us. The doors opened to a beautiful floor with glass walls and a bunch of windows. I held Delia's hand tightly as we approached the office with Mina's name written in pretty font.

I let go of her hand to knock on the door soon after hearing an annoyed "come in". I smiled at the fact that she hadn't changed. I opened the door with so many expectations in mind. Yet nothing prepared me for what actually happened when we locked eyes.

It was like she remembered everything in that moment but was looking at me for the first time. She got up from her chair quickly and made her way over to me. She embraced me in a tight hug which I eagerly returned.

I made sure to stabilize her and let her put her weight on me since I noticed she didn't use her cane. As we pulled away Delia handed it to her and we both smiled. "Cordelia" Mina uttered, "Wilhemina" Delia replies sassily but playfully.

We all bust out laughing, having to sit on the couch to prevent from falling. I cuddled into Mina's chest and realized just how much I missed her scent and her warmth. She stroked my hair as we laid there and Cordelia finally broke the silence.

"As cute as this is to watch-" she started but I cut her off. "You wanna join" I said attempting to finish her sentence. "If you insist..." she said looking and Mina, she nodded and opened an arm from her.

We both cuddles up to her and I heard her inhale Mina's scent. I think Mina heard to cause she lightly chuckled.
After a few moments Delia spoke again, "this is nice, but I was going to say we should get ready so we're not late to our date" she said giggling and sitting up.

"Oh" Mina and I said at the same time which made us laugh. "They're..." she checked her watch, "6 hours ahead there so we should get going" she said smiling mischievously. "I Don't like the look on her face" Mina said.
Delia laughed and assured her it was nothing bad.

Mina took the day off and we all went back to her house to get ready. Delia was already dressed up and she said she had picked something up for me already. We pulled into Mina's driveway and my jaw literally dropped.

Her house was gorgeous, there was greenery and the vibe all together was amazing. We exited the car, Delia with a dress bag and a little tote bag, and followed Mina to the door. She unlocked it and my eyes widened at the beauty inside.

It was even more immaculate than the outside yet matched perfectly which was surprising. She laughed at my excitement and we went up to her room to get dressed. Delia turned around out of respect, I helped Mina get dressed and then I slipped into mine and put on the heels Delia picked out.

We told her to turn around and she looked at us a smiled widely. "You both look magnificent" she said coming to give us each a kiss on the cheek. I saw Mina blush and try to hide it but it was quite obvious.

Delia looked at me and raised her eyebrows, I still got it huh? I heard her think. I rolled my eyes and brought Mina into the bathroom to do her hair quickly. I took it out of the ponytail and styled it a bit so it would look nice, I always loved her hair down.

I brushed mine out and brought it up into a ponytail. So basically we just switched looks which I found funny. We exited the bathroom and I caught Cordelia biting her lips as she looked at us. I widened my eyes telling her to stop and she did but the big smirk was still evident.

I rolled my eyes playfully again and she reached out her hands. "Madams" she said with a fake curtsy, Mina and I looked at each other and shook our heads. We each took one of our hands, "ready?" she asked. But before we could respond we teleported... to the top of the god damn Eiffel Tower.

I looked down and playfully hit her arm and she she bent over laughing. I looked at Mina and her eyes were as wide as saucers, she looked terrified. "Holy fuck" she said quietly, "Delia you scared the shit out of here" I jokingly scolded her.

"You we're not kidding y/n this is beautifully terrifying" she remarked. I nodded and pulled her in for a hug, she melted into the embrace and I slowly pulled away. "Was this the big date?" I asked putting my hands on my hips.

"No, this was just for my enjoyment" she said grabbing our hands again.

I don't know if you guys remember the Eiffel Tower thing from the earlier chapter but I thought it was funny and wanted to bring it up
