"Three" the coach started counting "two" as Izuku could already feel his feet numbing. "One"

His body wasn't ready for this.

"Start!" it echoed over the school fields, when whole 1 A slowly, but steadily started running, except for two people. One had started sprinting and quikly made his first bend on the track, as the other one felt his knees buckle at the end of the line and tried to keep up with the pace of the rest.

Izuku tried to hold in his panting, as he bit his lip through his paining breaths, while Katsuki flew over the loop like a spreading fire. When the greenette turned his head, he could already see the blonde Alpha coming towards him.

His heart immediately started beating faster. Would the Alpha say something embarrasing? Would he make fun of him for being so slow? Would the blond be able to smell him?

Izuku's mind tried to convince his exhausted body with this questions of fear. To make his legs go just a little faster, but even the terrifying last one couldn't make his paining body move.

"Midoriya" he suddenly heard, as he had closed his eyes shut hard to try and push through. "Are you okay?" The Alpha asked who had slowed down in front of him.

"Yea-yeah I-I-I'm ju" Izuku gasped between breaths "just a li-ttl-little tir-ed" as he tried forcing the smile on his face. For a second the omega thought it wouldn't appear, but after a few seconds of pure concentration he could do it. A big smile painted the freckled face, even through his panting.

"You can just tell the coach you haven't slept well" Todoroki tried to reason with the visibly exhausted greenette. "He will understand" he tried to reassure, hoping the secret omega would listen "just like he did for Momo last time with that test"

"No-no I-I'm fi-ine" Izuku answered after Todoroki had already felt those words coming. Izuku tried to put his trembling hand on the muscled upper arm of the alpha and kept his smile. "You- you" Izuku started but couldn't finish because of his empty lungs desperately needing more air.

"I shouldn't worry about you?" Todoroki completed the panting omega's sentence. Todoroki sighed deeply as he saw the other nodding with what seemed his last strength. "Well even if you like it or not" the alpha said as he grabbed the aching hand off of him, getting Izuku to look up from the ground. As he grazed his hand over the sweating cheeks he said.

"I do"

Izuku's feet slowed down, as his smile faded with his pace, with his eyes directed into the two different colored eyes. Before he could bring something out to what the other had said, the heterochromic eyed alpha picked up his pace with ease and left the smaller man behind.

Izuku saw the start line come closer, he had almost done one lap. He tried biting through his pain, as he realized that had been nothing. He would probably have to do at least 30 more of these.

His knees buckled again as his gaze drooped over the ground, still gasping for air. His heart felt like it would beat out of his chest as his eyes still wouldn't fully focus. It didn't matter how many breaths he took, his lungs never seemed to get enough air to keep going.

Izuku's mind wanted to keep going, but his legs gave up. He started panting as he put his hands on his knees. The ground still wasn't in focus, as his shoulders started feeling even more heavy.

He shouldn't stop, the teacher had said everyone must run in one go. He tried moving his feet forward, maybe the teacher hadn't seen him stop and he could still keep going. His chest moved aggressively still trying to regain air, when suddenly a hand cupped his cheek.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing Deku?" a blonde Alpha said, after he had caught up with the greenette in less than one loop. Izuku's eyes still weren't focussing, but the omega would recognize that voice from anywhere.

Izuku's body suddenly regained the ability to move and pushed himself away from the taller man. "Do-don't" he cried out as he felt his body panicking. After the greenette seemed to have approved of the amount of distance he had created while panting, the blond didn't hesitate to take it all away by stepping closer again.

"What are you trying to do?" He started now yelling sounding more frustrated, as he put his hands on the greenette's body again, trying to make the other look up. The alpha had to get just a little closer, he couldn't let go just yet.

Izuku's eyes were firmly gazing at the ground as his vision started getting blurry. The white tracks started leaking over the red colored stones, making a pink vague mixture.

He hadn't even been able to notice the hands holding on to both of his arms, as he was asking himself one simple question. Was the white line on the ground tilting?

Katsuki tried getting closer to the greenette's neck. He had to do it, just once. Was it to calm him down? Or to make sure he remembered it correctly? The Alpha wasn't sure, but couldn't care any less.

His nose made it's way in the crook of Izuku's neck and tried to get anything, even just a hint. As if he was making sure if it was still there, but before he could do that, the body disappeared from his hands.

"Midoriya!" He heard someone scream across the field, as it came closer and closer. The blonde hated that voice.

Katsuki's mind was going crazy, because he still hadn't been able to do what he had wanted these last three weeks. He was about to break out in anger when he looked down and saw a motionless greenette around the red stones the omega had struggled so hard to run on.

Now sounding in the softest voice the alpha could produce

"Deku?"
