23. Drive through

I reached behind me, trying to hit Kuroos knee but failed! "KUROO STOP KICKING MY SEAT YOU STUPID ASS ROOSTER HEAD!" "THEN PUT ON GOOD MUSIC!" "THIS IS GOOD MUSIC YOU FUCKHEAD!!!" "ITS NOT! GIVE ME THE AUX!" "FUCK NO! I AM IN THE PASSENGER SEAT SO I CHOOSE THE MUSIC SHITHEAD!" "WHY IS SHE EVEN IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND NOT ME?? KENMA!!?". The blonde driving, gripped the wheel tighter and gritted his teeth "because she asked sweetly and you ruined our kiss.". "HAH!" I called out triumphant behind me and crossed my arms.

"Why did I agree to drive you to Mc Donald's again?" Kenma sighed beside and I shrugged "Cause Kuroo said he is hungry and I wanted a milkshake. And then you went 'Oh let's go to Mc Donald's then' boom. ALSO you insisted on driving. Kuroo even wanted to stop you because of your arm. Then you took the keys and just started driving." I recalled the past events after Kuroo showed up at Kenmas place.

As he turned into the drive through Kuroo yelled from behind "I WANNA ORDER!" "Wait what-" before Kenma could turn to his friend he already climbed to the front and leaned over Kenmas Lap, ordering through the drivers window. I started laughing at this ridiculous view and watched them.

"HELLO! Yes uhhh I'd like a Big Mac with large fries and a large coke and ketchup please." He waited until the person speaking through the speaker gave him the sign she has his order and then continued "then I'd like a happy meal, with cheeseburger and orange juice. Toy is not that important just choose a random one. Also a large chocolate milkshake with caramel sauce." I smiled brightly, Kuroo knew me too well!

Kuroo then leaned inside again and went back in his seat and let Kenma order himself "I hate you".

"Uhm...I'd like a ...mmm..." Kenma hated ordering himself, me and Kuroo had to hold back laughter. "I'll have a Mc Chicken and a small coke. That's all"

As we drove to pay and pick up our food, Kenma kept glaring to Kuroo in the back seat "traitor!". "You let her choose the aux. So you can order yourself." Kuroo protested while munching on his fries in the back seat as we drove home to Kenmas place again.

I smiled and fed Kenma some of my fries from time to time as he drove us. I blasted 'I ain't worried' from my playlist and for once Kuroo didn't complain about my music, instead he sang from the top of his lungs and whistled the chorus. I smiled and looked over to Kenma, who smiled mainly to himself.

His smile was so small and soft, yet it radiated so much peace and happiness of his. I admired his side profile before shoving another fry in his mouth and watching him tap his finger on the stirring wheel to the melody.

"Hinata would love this song" I smiled while looking out of the window and Kenma hummed in agreement "you guys wanna hang out with the gang today? Since it's holidays maybe we all find some time today?" I hummed "are you sure? Don't you wanna have a nice cozy day in with us? A calm day? You need to rest a little Kenma". But he shook it off "I'm fine. Let's hang out today, I think it would be good for you." For me? Did he want to distract me?

"Kenma...the holidays are long enough, let's have a calm day in instead". He frowned and looked to me for a moment before turning his eyes back on the street "Okay...fine. Then lets have a day in, Kuroo you in?" "YES!" he cheered with his mouth full with his burger.

I smiled as I watched Kenma and Kuroo play Smash bro against each other. I was currently scrolling through some memes, I wasn't in the mood to play, I'd rather watch them and hear Kuroo whine and curse and cry over his defeat. "Don't mind me asking.."Kuroo suddenly started with a more serious tone, laying down his controller.

We both perked up our heads and looked at him "are you two dating?" - I knew this question would come up eventually.

"No. We are going easy but we confessed. And...we agreed we want to be with each other just...not yet." Kenma explained shyly. I smiled and ruffled his hair gently from behind him "true. He isn't into commitment yet, and I'm fine with it as long as he keeps cuddling with me." I added with a wide smile, hugging Kenma from the side.

"Ah...then congratulations? I dunno..what do I say if people don't date but date?" Kuroo laughed and I shrugged with a giggle. Kenma just stared blankly at his wall, making me frown "Kenma? What's wrong?". He seemed to be back with us since he blinked violently, looking at me surprised "Huh?" I smiled and kissed his cheek "What's on your mind?" "Just thinking...about stuff." I raised a eyebrow and let go of him "like?".

He shrugged and looked at Kuroo "like...what would've happened if you and Kuroo didn't get along so well." I grinned and stood up "who said...," I walked towards Kuroo with a evil smirk "that we get along? HA!" I jumped on top of Kuroo, ripping him to the ground. "KENMA GET YOUR DOG OFF ME" he whined while trying to throw me off his back. "Noooooo you're now mine!" I laughed evily and bit his shoulder repeatedly making the black haired screech.

Kenma watched us, laughing. I was eventually thrown off his back roughly and landed on the floor with a loud thud. "EY!" I gasped and threw myself at his leg, clinging on it. "Yn you're worse than a dog on drugs!" I smiled up his leg and nodded "I know right?" I said proudly as I bit his leg repeatedly "KENMAAA!"

"Come here sweetheart". That was it.

His calm and soft voice calling me over so innocently made my knees weak. I immediately jumped in his arms and smiled innocently "I like that nickname" I admitted quietly and he nodded "I thought so." His voice had something addicting when he spoke so low and calm.

"Ugh if you start calling her good girl I'll leave" kuroo pretended he had to throw up and kenma hummed amused "oh? Good to know. Now I know a way to get rid of you." I laughed at Kuroos shocked expression and felt Kenma hugging Me tighter.

If he'd call me that, I think I'd die on the spot.

I smiled as him and Kuroo got up to set up the stream "what you guys wanna play today? For the stream?" Kenma asked and I hummed "I don't care. You guys decide, I'll just be mod tonight." I smiled softly and adjusted everything on my phone for the stream, as a mod it's my job to look over the chat and make Kenmas stream go smooth behind the scenes. It was in my responsibility that no one violates the Chatroom rules or harasses Kenma.

"I set up the waiting room" Kenma told me before he started adjusting the background. "All right, I'm already in the chatroom" I gave him thumbs up.

"Perfect! Lets start then!" Kuroo grinned as he pressed the button that switched from waiting room to cam.

"Hello guys! It's applepi and Kuroo tonight!".

I smiled softly at the two boys grinning in the cam, I looked back to my screen, seeing the stream on it and the point of view of watchers. I was out of frame, good. I started doing my job and couldn't help but steal glances from Kenmas side profile at his desk, it was nice being beside him and not only seeing him on screen.

I am really lucky.
