"WHERE'S WILL?"

<•—•> "Fireball him!"

"Cast Protection!" Lucas and Dustin bicker as the Demogorgon is placed into their game. Samantha covers her ears as the bickering gets louder and louder.

"Oh my god." She whispers to herself.

"Fireball!" Will suddenly shouts and the dice go rolling off the board. The boys groan in annoyance and rush to the floor, looking for the dice.

"Sam! Help us, please!" Mike yells and the girl rolls her eyes before she goes to help find the dice. As they're all crawling around Mrs. Wheeler's voice is heard from the top of the stairs.

"Mom, we're in the middle of a campaign," Mike tells her.

"You mean the end? It's fifteen after." She closes the door behind her and Mike rushes to try to negotiate with his mother.

"Guys, this is stupid. I'm not helping." Sam gets up and goes to grab her bag.

"Oh, I got it!" Will exclaims.

"Does the seven count?" He asks Lucas.

"It was a seven?"

"Yeah."

"Did Mike see it?" Lucas asks.

"No."

"Then it doesn't count!" He groans before starting to walk upstairs after Samantha.

"Hey! Does anyone want the last slice of pizza?" Dustin questions. They say no before he goes to ask Nancy. She says no as well. Samantha goes to say goodbye to Nancy before meeting up with the guys and grabbing her red bike as they say goodbye to Mike.

"Bye, Mike!" She yells before getting on her bike and pedaling. Her home was a lot further than the rest of theirs seeing as they were only a couple of minutes away from each other.

"See you guys tomorrow!" She yells to the others. They all yell back and she pedals faster to her house. She always liked when she had to bike, especially at night. There was something about it that calmed her. She took as many shortcuts as she could before getting to her house in record time. She opened the unlocked door, locked it, and went to her room. Steve opened his door and she said hi before entering her room and changing into her pajamas. She sighed as she flopped on her bed and got comfortable. As she drifted off, she felt a weird feeling. A bad feeling.

<•—•>

When Samantha got to school and saw Will wasn't there she didn't think anything bad had happened. Maybe he had gotten sick or had gone somewhere for the day. When she heard that none of the boys had seen Will, she had been a little more worried but brushed it off once again. She had decided after school she would run by the Byers' home to see what happened.
