<•—•> "Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit!" Samantha screamed as the boys pulled her and Eleven to go faster.
"Hurry up!" Lucas screamed from the front as he quickly tried to find the easiest way out of the school without getting caught.
"How'd they even find us?" Dustin questioned from behind Lucas.
"I don't know! Just keep running!" Mike yelled at everyone, his pace speeding up as he heard footsteps coming closer and closer.
"Use your scrawny legs, Dustin, and run faster!" Samantha grabbed Dustin by the arm, pulling him with her. He complained, trying to scratch her off, but she only tugged on him harder, pushing him to go faster.
"Somehow, they knew we were in the gym." Mike breathed heavily between words.
"Lando." Dustin breathed out.
"Shut up about Lando!" Samantha screamed at him. All of a sudden, the group stops. Flashes of light are seen from the outside doors. As they open, the group yells, scrambling to run in the opposite direction.
"GO! MOVE!" Samantha screams, pushing them to move as fast as possible. They run quickly, but seconds later, more agents come through the front.
"Shit!" Dustin yells.
"There she is! Freeze!" The agents yell.
"She?" Samantha questions aloud. Mike yells, pulling her to move back the way they came from. She follows, looking like she's in a trance. As they turn the corner, they see agents surrounding every direction, with no way to escape. A woman stands in front of a group of agents, cocking her gun and pointing it at Eleven.
"No! Stop!" Samantha screams, scrambling to cover Eleven. Before she can, Eleven pushes her slightly with her hip. She looks at the woman, seeing her eyes bleeding.
"Damn." She breathes out, just as Dustin whispers, "Holy shit." The agents in front of them drop to the ground, and so do the ones behind them. Eleven sways before falling. Samantha grabs her quickly and her body falls limply on top of her.
"El, are you okay?" Mike looks towards Eleven, shaking her shoulder. "El!" He shakes harder, and Dustin moves to shake her other shoulder.
"Something's wrong." Mike looks up at Samantha's face, worry etched on his.
