Yang's POV:
I was in my living room sitting on the floor across from my baby. He's 6 months old and seems to be ready to start crawling.
Flashback, No one's POV:
Tai had found out that his youngest daughter ran off to Mantle with her friends when he heard his eldest daughter scream in her room. He ran upstairs to see if she was ok. He barged into her room to see her standing before she turned to him... revealing a pregnant belly.
Tai: Oh my gods...
Yang just stood there as her dad slowly walked over.
Yang: Oh my gods, OH MY GODS! WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!
Tai: Your-your pregnant?!
Yang's mind is racing, but she's able to calm herself enough so that she can think back. And of course there was only one explanation.
Yang: (Y/N).
Tai: (Y/N)?! The guy we let rest here after Beacon fell?! Who even is he?!
Yang hesitated. She never even told her dad that she was seeing someone.
Yang: (Y/N)... is my boyfriend... he's the father.
Tai was going from shocked to livid.
Tai: Boyfriend?! Since when do you have a boyfriend?! And he left you while you were pregnant?!
Yang: He couldn't have possibly known-
Tai: Wait-that-that's not even my first question! How are you so big!? You were normal yesterday?!
Yang: I don't know-
Suddenly Yang began having a hard time catching her breath, causing her to sit back down on her bed. Tai's anger quickly faded as he came too his daughters side.
Yang: What's (heavy breath) happening?
Tai: Your putting too much strain of yourself. You need to take it easy.
Yang takes a few more breaths while placing a hand on her stomach. Eventually, she balances out.
Yang: I'm ok.
Tai takes a deep breath himself, clearly disappointed in his daughter.
Tai: Yang, how could you be so careless? Have I seriously taught you nothing?
Yang: We used protection dad. I'm on the pill...
That's when she started to think. She didn't take into account how good Grimm are at increasing their numbers. Perhaps (Y/N) is naturally suited for multiplying in other ways. Ways that render birth control meaningless.
Yang: But I guess birth control doesn't matter to hybrids.
Tai: Hybrids?
Yang: You might wanna sit down.
Yang then went on to explain the whole "hybrid" thing to Tai. By the time she was finished explaining he was in a state of disbelief.
