After counting up the votes there were 9 in agreement and 8 opposed. "Nine of us voted yes, and 8 voted no" Seok-hyeon then rushed to the pile of votes that Eun-hyuk had just sat down to confirm the vote, which I roll my eyes at and my mom chuckled to.

"If one of the last two ballots is in favor, he'll be kicked out." He says. I lower my head at the thought, having to kick out the only person I've been with since the beginning, I would say it would hurt more than death. 

*Present*

"Eight people opposed? Are you all crazy?" Seok-hyeon says. Eun-hyuk pulled out another vote. "Opposed. Nine to nine" Eun-hyuk reveals. Seok-hyeon curses under his breath. "It was you" He says looking at his poor wife. "Uh, no, I didn't" She says with a small stutter. It broke my heart a bit, seeing how afraid she was of the man that was supposed to love her.

"All the bitches and bastards on his side should be thrown out!" "Will you calm the fuck down?" Ji-su interrupts. "Don't get worked up yet." Eun-hyuk says. "The last vote will determine the result." He adds. He picks up the voting box and pulls out the last vote. He opens it to see that a circle had an X through it, making it invalid. "Invalid" Eun-hyuk and I say.

Seok-hyeon walks up to Eun-hyuk and snatches the paper out of his hand. He then got pissed. He then demanded for someone to bring Hyun-su to him. "I won't let you touch him" I whisper at a level my only my mom could hear. "Your eyes are a faint gold. Control her" She whispers in my ear.

The younger friend of the old man rushed out to get him. I suddenly remember that Min-suk was with him. I then looked at mom, and she quickly realized. Hyun-su and Min-suk had gotten so close in such a short amount of time, it would shatter Min-suk at the forced news. The old man just kept yelling.

"Are you against the end result?" I ask him while still looking at mom. He then looked at me. "What? You don't know squat. Murder is killing a human being, not killing a fucking monster!" "IF HE WAS A MONSTER THEN HE WOULD HAVE KILLED ME DAYS AGO!" I shout as I quickly looked at him. This caused everyone, even Seok-hyeon to go silent.

"I've been with him since the very beginning, ever since he moved here. I was with him when w-He got the nosebleed. We RESCUED kids. He would have killed them too if he was an actual monster, but he isn't. The only monster in here is you." I say.

I then see blood pour from his nose. Everyone started freaking out. He then started to walk out of the room while claiming that the nosebleed was because he was tired. He then ran into Hyun-su. "You better brace yourself." What?" "The monsters are coming for you" "You son of a bitch!" All of Seok-hyeons' responses were muffled as he was trying to stop the nosebleed. Min-suk was next to Hyun-su and started tearing up at the sight. I motioned for him to come over and he ran to me. He grabbed onto my pants and pushed his face into my leg.

"Can I cast my vote?" Hyun-su asks. No one responded. I looked at him with tear filled eyes. 'No. He isn't actually-I'm afraid he is Y/n' Light says. Responding to my thought. "If I put this in, he'll be thrown out too, right?" He asks. Once again no one answered. His eyes then turned black as he looked to his side. "Am I right?" He asks again. Seok-hyun then faints after a few seconds after the question.

People carried Seok-hyeon to the backroom and Hyun-su followed. I gave Min-suk to mom and I rushed to catch up to Hyun-su. I pulled him towards the back, away from the others. "What were you thinking?!" I whisper-shouted at him. I then stopped us from walking and pulled him into a hug. "I thought I was going to lose you" I say softly. He slowly wrapped his arms around me and his grip slowly tightened, as if I was going to leave him. At that moment I knew that he had needed someone for a very long time now, and he had chosen me.
