"REMIND ME TO NEVER DRINK AGAIN." lila said with her hand on her forehead from her hungover. jonathan, steve, nancy and her all sat a outside on top of steve and jonathan's car.
"so how was that pull out?" jonathan takes a sip of his juice, eyeing both steve and lila smirking.
steve choked on his drink. "what?"
lila's eyes go big, dropping her sandwich on the ground. "damn it." she says under her breath. picking it up, shoving it back inside her paper bag.
"how was the halloween party?" jonathan looking at nancy as they both smirk at steve and lila.
"oh. it was good." steve said nervously.
"i bet it was." nancy joins.
before lila could speak the bell rings. she starts leaving towards her car.
"where you going?" steve asked.
"the kids need me in their school for some discovery they have. i don't know what's going on." lila said.
"well, see you later?" he smiles.
"of course." she spoke
steve stands in the same spot, looking at lila getting in her car, she waves before leaving out of the parking lot. he waves back. his eyes were on her until her car disappeared from the school. he felt someone smack his head and turns to see nancy.
"ow." steve said, rubbing his head.
"when are you going to ask the question?" she asked.
"when it's the perfect time."
"well, you guys been making out for a while and had a really fun night at the party, i don't know what's stopping you." jonathan joined.
"im scared i might ruin it. i don't want to be a jerk like my dad. i don't want to ruin it."
