"Nii-san," Ritsu called out for his brother who was currently holding his own bento box and was about to head to the club room, to eat lunch with his other club members.

Shigeo turned around to face his brother who give him a smile whilst holding his favorite drink. Milk.

"Hello, Ritsu," He greeted giving him a small smile.

"(Y/n)-senpai wanted me to give this to you," Ritsu said as he handed the drink to his older brother who just accepted it.

Though, he was a bit confused. Where is (Y/n)?

Still, with a small smile, Shigeo nodded, "Thank you, Ritsu," He paused as he looked at Ritsu, "Where is (Y/n)-san?" He asked.

Ritsu seemed to be a bit baffled by it. Was his big brother really expecting (Y/n) every time when it was lunchtime? Ritsu mentally shook his head and just smiled, "She got her hands full with the papers for the school's annual activity," Ritsu replied.

Shigeo nodded in response, "I see," He paused as he looked at the box of milk in his hand, looking back at Ritsu, he smiled, "Tell her I said thanks," He said.

Ritsu nodded, "Sure, Nii-san. See you later," He said as Ritsu watched his big brother nod in response as Ritsu smiled.

Shigeo watched Ritsu walk away from him. The boy doesn't know why but he suddenly felt like he's missing something. It's like there's a hole that's missing inside him, and it's weighing heavy in his heart. Shigeo decided to shake it away and decided to head towards the club room.

He looked at the box carton in his hands as he suddenly walked slowly.

"(Y/n)-chan never seemed to miss to give you your favorite drink, huh, Shigeo?" Ekubo said as he appeared beside the boy. He just watched as Shigeo silently stare at the milk carton in his hand.

"Oi, Shigeo, are you sure you don't feel the same way as (Y/n)?" Ekubo asked once again and this caught the boy's attention as he looked towards the floating green spirit.

Oh yeah, he rejected his friend not too long ago.

But why does it feel like everything's empty?

He likes Tsubomi. He's trying his best to be the type of person that she would like.

And then there's (Y/n) who already liked him ever since the start. The girl doesn't even know that he's an esper, so that tops it all up.

But he just couldn't bring himself to like the girl, especially when he's totally invested to pursue his goal of confessing to Tsubomi.

Shigeo shook his head, "I don't feel the same way as her, Ekubo. Sorry," He said.

Ekubo sighed as he shook his head, 'Poor girl,' He thought as the boy decided to continue walking towards the club room.
