Let me tell you something, based on my own experience...

Being in a long-distance relationship is hard.

4 years ago, Shigeo became yours, and you became his. At first, it was really amazing, the feeling of knowing that your Shigeo's girlfriend was a dream come true, and you couldn't really ask for more.

But the longing was there, it certainly affects you throughout your day.

You lazily stared at the pedestrian lane right in front of you. Next year will be the year that you'll be coming back to Japan, and right now, you're staying in the Philippines. And one thing you learn about this place is people are already working at 5 AM.

Cars already moving, people already going to work, and shops already opening at that exact time. The sun hasn't risen yet, but people are already awake. But, you have gotten used to it shortly right after a week of staying.

The traffic enforcer signed that it was alright to cross the pedestrian lane now.

And of course, going back to the main topic at hand. Let me repeat once again, a Long-distance relationship is hard.

There are some things that are inevitable to experience. For example, when you get too busy, for sometimes forget to message Shigeo and update him on what you were currently doing, and that sometimes leads him to overthink some stuff-- but he trusts you so he ignored those thought in the back of his head.

Though, sometimes, when Shigeo's thoughts were too much for him to handle whenever you get too busy he would sometime take a day before he could even reply to you when that happens.

Of course, he's not the only one overthinking.

Ever since the two of you entered high school in a different place and at a different time, there are tendencies that you will meet new people, new classmates, and new environments.

The moment when Mizuki informed you that Shigeo became good friends with Tsubomi, you couldn't help but overthink also. It bothers you to the point where you began to sometimes ignore him, the overwhelming feeling of losing Shigeo again and hurting your feelings was too much for you to handle.

When that happens, you sometimes hide stuff from Shigeo. You both promised that you two will tell everything to each other in terms of feelings. But, you didn't want to tell Shigeo that you're overthinking about him and Tsubomi since you don't want him to think that you don't trust him.
