Donnie pov
"What are you talking about Donnie-wait you know what doesn't matter, we have to get going." Leo heads out of the lab and I shortly follow after. Apparently Master Splinter wanted us to do some meditation, but I couldn't focus. I couldn't stop thinking about my dream...and Y/N. If I was a human, would I have a chance with them? I know that I don't have one looking like this. "Ugh..." My brothers look at me. "Is something wrong dude?" Mikey asks. "No, just have a lot on my mind..." I reply. "I think I'm gonna head back to my lab." I head out of the dojo towards my lab when I see Y/N. "Oh! Hey Donnie, I came to see you guys but no one was out here." Y/N smiles. 'God, how much I love that smile!' They walk over to me, "So, where are the others?" "Master Splinter wanted us to meditate in the dojo, but I can't focus" They look at me concerned. "Are you okay? Do you want to talk about it?" They grab my hand to lead me to my lab. "...Sure..."
Once settled down in my lab, I tell Y/N about my dream but not all the details. "Well, I think that you're perfect the way you are." Y/N smiles brightly at me. I feel a small bush creep on my face. "R-really? I'm a turtle though." I look down at the ground. "Of course, turtle or not you're still you and I couldn't care less. Plus you saved me..." I look at them, "Oh yeah..." They give my hand a gentle squeeze. "Ok! Enough sappy stuff, wanna make something?" Y/N stands up and starts to wander in my lab. 'Well, now maybe I do have a shot!'
