The students walked through the hall as they made their way to the clinic for their building.

Inside the rooms was a line of female nurses at one end and male examiners at the other.

Amei politely greeted fellow students, "Good Morning, everyone! I hope all your exams go well!"

"Thank you, Senpai!"

"Thanks, Hinode!"

She observed Mori and Honey in doctor's outfits and moved over to them, "What's this about?"

Honey broke character for a moment, "It's for Haruhi!"

"Oh, really?" she smiled, entirely amused.

"Yeah, we're pretending to be doctors—Shh, we don't want anyone to find out," he put a finger to her lips.

She only chuckled, "Okay. I won't say anything..." She walked off as girls approached, "...Not that it isn't obvious."

Not too long after, Haruhi came in with the first years, "Honey-senpai, Mori-senpai."

"Shh."

"You're so obvious," she deadpanned.

Kyoya appeared behind her, "I've got those two for backup just in case something happens."

"But why are they in doctor disguises?"

He shrugged, "They're just helping to set the mood. Disguises make our operation feel like a real espionage mission."

Haruhi wonders about why the doctors seem so jovial and nice.

Kyoya explains that they're chosen by the chairman, it's also a business. The families here have their own private doctors, so this is a formality.

A man bumps into him, "Uh–I'm terribly sorry."

"No problem."

Amei passes the man with a smile, politely bowing her head.

The twins, not caring for the curtain, shed off their shirts for chest measurements.

The girls go crazy, excluding Haruhi and Amei. The former is stunned while the latter is completely unfazed.

"Physical exam day is quite popular with the ladies," Kyoya informs Haruhi.

"I see that, but why?"

Then the twins go into the twincest act, which only prompts Amei to give them a blank look.

The girls squeal and the third-year doctors use this as a distraction to move Haruhi.

"This way!"

They push her into an empty examination room.

When the curtain opens, Tamaki is there pretending to be her, but failing due to how obvious he is.

Amei covered her mouth before she broke out in laughter, "What–Why–? Suoh–!"

The girls are confused as they comment on it.

"I'm glad to see you find this amusing," Kyoya smirks.

Amei doubles over, choking on her laughter to keep it at bay, "Why is he–?"

But the twins don't hide theirs, they burst out laughing, "I can't believe he actually did it!"

"They recognized him! I told you they see through him!"

A few giggles slip from Amei, she holds onto Kyoya's arm for balance, "I'm–trying–!"

Tamaki rips off the brown wig in embarrassment, "You jerks! You told me there would be no way the girls would know it was me!"
