Vivian is a 2000 year old vampire. She is the sister of Silas. Coming across a small town 1000s of years after she was turned, Esther Mikaelson, an original witch, binds her with a curse of her reflection, causing her to make no human/vampire interactions for 1000 years. Finally Vivian tracks down the originals whereabouts and their mothers in a town called Mystic Falls. She finds her way to break the curse, find her brother and falls in love with an unlikely Mikaelson.
