Junkyu POV

Morning came. I was able to get some sleep thanks to my sleeping pills. But I feel tired. I feel exhausted, as though I didn't have a blink of sleep. I'd thought about getting some more sleep after I sent the kids to school while waiting for Haruto to come, but that didn't happen.

Not after I found out there are multiple Genesis G70 that followed not just me, but also the twins.

When we left our house earlier, there was no sign of someone following us. The car that I saw yesterday wasn't there near my house and I didn't see them anywhere near me along the way to the twins' school. I thought yesterday was a coincidence and that I shouldn't worry about it. Not until I saw that car parked nearby the school. It was there when I dropped the twins' off in front of the gate. It was like they're already waiting before we even arrived. I took another pictures of them for evidence and went back home, expecting them trailing me. But no, that car just stayed there, near my kids' school. My fucking kids' school!

I tried to think positively. Maybe it's another parent's car dropping off their kids. Genesis is the luxury vehicle division from Hyundai, and considering how expensive the twins' school is, it kind of makes sense to see such cars around the school in the morning and during the end of school time. I mean, I've seen a bunch of even more expensive European cars there, including mine and Haruto's.

I was laying down in my bed when I checked the pictures I took yesterday out of curiosity, only then I noticed the car that followed me from XG had a different plate number with the one that followed us from my parents' house. And the latter has the same number as the one parked in front of the twins' school.

My positive thoughts went down the drain. They're obviously trailing my kids. They were there in front of my parents' house last night for the twins, not for me! But who? Who had that much money to buy two luxury cars just to trail my family around? Is it my parents again? Haruto's business rivals?

It was confusing and terrifying at the same time. They've probably trailed them for months and I didn't know about this. What kind of parent am I not aware of my kids' safety? What would they feel if they knew about this? They're probably scared after knowing a stranger following them, right? Wait, do they know already? Most likely not since neither Ruto or Ruka said anything to me.

Rolling on my bed, I grabbed Haruto's pillow for me to hug again. I should talk about this with Haruto as soon as possible, but after I talk about Juria. I can't deal with the issue properly while I still hide things from Haruto. He will be angry for sure, but I know he won't abandon the twins just because he's angry with me.

I was about to close my eyes when I heard our gate alarm went off. In between worriedness and hopefulness to see Haruto again, I jumped off the bed and dashed to the window, peeking at the driveway and saw a black car cruising in. Nothing crossed my mind other than the guy who's going to come out once it stopped in front of the house entrance.

My lips rose to a smile so high and wide it reached my eyes upon seeing my husband step out of the car. It happened every time I saw him coming home, no matter how often he went for his business trip. I always feel happy just from the view.

Without waiting any longer, I ran to the bathroom, quickly washed my face, brushed my teeth, combed my hair and put on some cologne on my neck and jaws. We haven't seen each other for seventeen days, probably the longest one yet, I can't come down and welcome him while looking and smelling like a corpse. After I made sure I was presentable enough even though I just wore a t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants, I ran out.
