"Bella I thought we were gonna start fresh" leah said now sitting at the kitchen counter, we had moved from the beach. "I can't turn Barcelona down. This is a once in lifetime opportunity, we're forever baby. We'll get through it I swear" I said trying to get her to understand. She went quiet. I didn't know what to do or say. She was staring into space not talking to me. "I'm sorry baby, I really am. I'll give you some time" I said putting a jacket on before walking out the door. I thought she'd come after me but she never. I put my head down and went on a walk.

As I was walking I realised I couldn't lose her, it's my career but I care too much about Leah. I started walking back and saw a tall figure in the distance coming closer. She had blonde hair up in a hair ponytail. It was Leah. She started running up to me, "baby I am so sorry" she said pulling me into a hug, "no I'm sorry. I shouldn't of dropped that on you. I'm not gonna go anymore, I care too much about you" I said and Leah pulled away. "Your not? Baby I was chasing you to tell you to go, I was an idiot back there. I was selfish and this is the best decision for your career. I know you dreamed about playing for them" leah said and I didn't know what to say. I didn't expect it. "Oh" was all I let out, "we'll talk back at the cabin. Come on" leah said hiking my hand.

We got back and leah started to speak first, "you should go. I know I'll miss you like tons. I mean tons but this is the best thing for you and I understand. I will always support you" leah said making me smile, "thank you lee, it's just gonna be a little harder with the distance" I said slightly down. "But we'll get through it. I promise" leah said hugging me. I relaxed into her grip. I was so tense about telling her I felt so relieved. "Are you going on loan or..." I looked down, I was properly signing. "oh" Leah let out softly. "We'll have lots of breaks though, Ill try and get a few extra days off before Scotland camps to come see you" I said trying to lighten the mood.

We had just spent 2 months apart and I'm only gonna see her for a week or so until this deal goes though. I feel so guilty. "I love you lee" I said before kissing her. "I love you too bels" she replied kissing me passionately.

It's our last day together and all we wanted to do was spend time together. We got changed into bikinis and headed out to the beach, "you are just ughhh" leah said smirking pulling me in closer to her, "and you are very ughhhh too" I said giggling. She started kissing me passionately, "oh I'm gunna miss you" she said with a frown. "I know lee but we're here now so let's make the most of it" I replied placing a kiss on her lips.

We were both chilling on a deck chair and Leah was telling me things about her camp and I was doing the same about mine. It was nice we could just randomly talk about stories, we hadn't had anytime to have a genuine conversation.

"Do you know how easy it is to talk to you" Leah said turning on her side to face me, I chuckled. "Your just so patient and listen to every word, nobody's ever been like that with me" Leah said pulling my deck chair closer to her. "I'll always listen to you" I said smiling at her, "even if I go to Real Madrid" leah said with a grin, "yeah right you'd never go there but if you did I'd need to think twice about that" I said with a laugh. "True" leah said making me laugh.

"When we get married do you want a big wedding" leah randomly said out the blue, taking me by surprise. "Oh I'm not sure, I think it depends on if we tell the fans or not. I don't really want to tell them and then they assume a bunch of things" I said and Leah agreed. "I mean as long as your next to me I don't care" I said and Leah cringed, "that's so cheesy" she said jokingly, I hit her playfully. "Your one to talk" I said shutting her up, making me laugh.

We moped around the rest of the day and pack out suitcases. It was getting late so we both decided to go to bed, leah climbed on top of me and started kissing up my neck, "oh so this is what you had in mind" I say as she kisses me, "mhm"

I arrived at Barcelona and met a lot of the staff, I got my medical done and everything seemed to be fine. All that was left was the signing, I got changed into Barcelona training gear before going to to sign the contract.

They took the pictures and said it'll be ready in 1 hour, I was told to I could go and come back in and hour but they said they would show me around if I wanted so I agreed.

It was a brilliant set up, the best in the world. I took pictures and sent them to Leah. 'So jealous' Leah replied making me laugh. I knew she would be.

Barcelona just released that I had signed with them and it quite literally went viral. In Spain, England, just everywhere. They said I was only '£200,000' and called it a bargin which made me laugh. As I was walking back to do a few media things I noticed a miss call from Lucy. I was a little confused but decided to phone her back.

'What's up Lucy'

'Why didn't you tell me you were signing for Barca? Where are you?'

I was so confused.

'Erm I couldn't and I'm away to do media?'

'Oh my god'

She hung up and a few moments later I heard somebody burst though the set of door behind me. It was Lucy.

She came and hugged me so tight. We both had Barcelona training gear on. "You did not." I said very excited, "oh yes I did" she replied and we both laughed. We were both in shock. "I can't believe your here" I said to Lucy still shocked, "I can't believe your here, I'm away to sign today as well" she said and I got excited. "I'm away to go to camp nou for media so I'm gonna have to go" I said as I was motioned to go into the car, "so am I you idiot" she said as we both started walking. "Oh this years gonna be so fun" I said giggling.

We had done our duties and I headed to the hotel I was staying at, I decided to phone Leah hoping she wasn't still partying. To my surprise she picked up.

'Hi baby, how are you' she practically screamed into the phone.

'I'm good, just phoning to say night. I hope your having a good time'

'Yeah I am, I'm going home tomorrow which is annoying' Leah said and I laughed.

I didn't know if I wanted to tell her I was also going home tomorrow to pack my things as Barcelona organised it all and covered all my expenses. I think I had to because I wanted to see her again.

'You'll be happy with my news then, erm I'm going home to pack a few things tomorrow' Leah gasped.

'So I can see you tomorrow' she said very excited and I said yes.

I gave her my flight details and she said she might be able to cancel her flight, I told her to send over all her details because I knew she'd been drinking and I wanted her to enjoy her night so I said I'd take care of it. She told me to change it to the airport in Barcelona and either we said out goodbye.

I started to look through her details, I was able to cancel her flight and get money back as I was going through the same company but at a different airport, I got everything sorted out and I sent Leah her new details. The only issue was she wasn't sitting beside me, she was a few rows back.

It was the back of 2 and my flight was at 12 tomorrow. So I scrolled though insta liking posts that involved me and Barca, I also reposted people congratulating my move to barca on my story before going to sleep. My dream move.

What a day.
