Prove It

Dracos pov

I was sneaking out with Blaise and Theo to Hogsmead. It was after curfew and I didn't care that much. I had to prove to them that I wasn't becoming softer just because I was dating Ella.

We successfully crept past Filch and his filthy cat to outside of the castle. We snuck our way around and to Hogsmead.

We got there and I looked at both of the idiots that had said I was going softer with a smirk. Theo didn't look surprised so I wondered why they had made me come all the way out there anyway. Blaise had an unemotional expression that I couldn't quite read. I was never very good at emotions.

"I told you I could sneak out. You know this isn't my first time staying out past curfew right? Or are you just too dumb to pay attention to things",I asked them.

"We know you snuck out before",Theo said all nonchalant.

"The thing is, we didn't just want you to sneak out",Blaise said emphasizing the word just.

"Then why-"I asked but Blaise interrupted me before I could finish.

"There",he said and he pointed towards the Hogs head. What on Earth has he been poisoned with?

"What about it",I asked.

"Look closely",Blaise said.

I took a few more steps forward and saw mudblood Granger and Weaselbee seated at a booth. Of course these 2 would have also snuck out.

It's not like rules applied to them anymore than they applied to me. They could get away with anything. And I don't care because my father would hear about anything I happened to get myself into.

"What about them",I asked.

It was actually kind of normal for most students to sneak out past curfew. And most of them did go to Hogsmead because they were very unlikely to get caught.

Because of that, it was surprising that all Blaise and Theo had wanted me to do was sneak out. Who gives a shit?

"I well we, would like you to do something to them. Hex them if you would",Blaise said.

"Okay, that's not very-",I stopped to think.

If Ella were to find out, what would she think? What would she say? Would she be angry with me? Of course she will be angry with you Draco!

"It's not very what",Blaise taunted putting his hand up to his ear and leaning closer to me.

"I..it's just Weasley and Granger",I said but mostly to myself.

"Then go",Theo urged.

"Fine",I muttered and I marched over to the restaurant.

I opened the door and made a quick turn so that they wouldn't see me. I decided that I would do just a small thing to satisfy Theo and Blaise and something quick so I could leave before they saw me and told Ella.

Luckily, Granger and Weasley didn't know about Ella and I'd relationship and I was happy at that moment for that detail.

If they had, they would have told her in an instant if they were to find out I was the one that hexed them. But, because they didn't know, it was more unlikely for them to mention it unless she asked. 

Damn it! Of course she'll ask! She's Ella Blake, she cares and she adores her weird blood traitor and mudblood friends.

I sighed heavily and thought of something I could do. I thought of a slightly horrible but not absolutely dreadful hex and casted it upon the 2. 

Anteoculatia was the hex I used. It grew antlers on top of their heads and while they were too busy screaming at each other, I made my escape.

"Look at that. Done and done. Now I'm going to sleep",I said once I walked up to Theo and Blaise.

"Alright mate, this Hufflepuff girl hasn't made you too soft, yet",Blaise said. I rolled my eyes and started walking quickly back to the castle. 

I had proven my point to Blaise and Theo,not allowed Granger and Weasley to see it was me, and I was able to sneak in and out of the castle without getting caught. My day had definitely turned around from how it had been. 

The only thing I had to do was apologize to Ella for the moments I had spoken to her before. Then I would have been all set and fine.

A/N sorry for another short chapter and the next one will be full of a LOT of drama. So you have been warned for the upcoming events.
