Vic's pov

" I didn't know your parents were so against being you know.. gay." Kellin said.

"Do you understand now?" I asked.

"Yes I do." He said. "I also understand that you and me can never truly be together, because a there's a lot of people like your parents in the world."

"Kels.. I feel guilty." I said.

"What? Why?" He asked.

"I feel like I forced you to agree with my parents." I said.

"I had to, I don't think you would've wanted me to say "oh well your a bi.tch and I'm dating your son" no offense on your mom being a bootyhole by the way." He sighed.

"A bootyhole?" I chucked, he shrugged.

"You know I really like you right?" I said.

"Yeah, I know." He smiled.

"Good." I smiled.

-

My mom seemed to really like Kellin and it made me happy, but I wish she knew I was dating him and that she was okay with that. My dad hasn't really talked about the dinner and I can't really tell if he likes Kellin or not. I know Mike has my back and I know his cool with Kellin.

"Vic! Come downstairs!" Mama yelled.

I finished fixing up my hair in the mirror and walked downstairs. My parents had invited some friends over for dinner today. I wanted to hang out with my boyfriend, but that didn't necessarily happen since my parents said I couldn't ditch the dinner. So now I forced to sit with a bunch of boring adults and listen to boring adult things, or so I thought.

"Vic, Michael I want you to meet Mr. and Mrs. Anderson. Oh, and this is their daughter Abigail and their son Andrew." My mom smiled.

I smiled and Mike smiled too.

"Vic, why don't you and Abigail get to know each other, and Mike why don't you keep Andrew come company." Mama said.

I looked at the two parents standing by my mother encouraging their kids to come with us. Now I know I wasn't the smartest person, but I knew exactly what my mother was doing. Since I don't have a girlfriend and I'm single in her mind, she's trying to pair me up with Abigail, and I hated her for that.

The adults went to the kitchen while Abigail and I went to the living room, Mike and Andrew also joined us. There was no way I was going to be alone with Abigail. Mike decided to just put some random movie on and watch it while waiting for our parents to call us for dinner. We sat on the couch it was Mike, Andrew, me, then Abigail. I could feel the awkward tension already.

"I thought we were going to go up to your room." Abigail whispered.

"Um no.." I said.

"Stop being desperate." Her brother scoffed.

"Excuse me?" She glared.

"You're excused." Her brother smirked. "Leave the poor guy alone, just cause his mom wants you to date him doesn't mean you gotta go do the nasty already."

Mike actually excused himself to the bathroom when he started realizing what was going on, and I hated him for that. Now I was stuck between two siblings fighting, I felt so uncomfortable and I just wish I was with Kellin right now.

"I wasn't going to go do the "nasty" with him, by the way what are you 5 years old." She rolled her eyes.

"Let's be honest, we all know what you were going to do up in his bedroom. Besides how do you know he likes girls for all we know he could like d.ick." Her brother said.
