Day 63

Vic's pov

"Mike I don't want to go back. I don't care what they say." I said over the phone.

"But Vic, I miss you."

"I'm sorry Mike. You said it yourself that there willing to let me live there again only if I change. How am I supposed to change? Being gay is who I am, and I can't change that."

"I know you can't, I'm sorry Vic."

"It's not your fault." I sighed.

"They won't let me see you."

"Jokes on them, I see you everyday at school." I chuckled.

"I know." There was a long pause. "How are things going with Kellin?"

"Thing are great. Well, Kellin's mom doesn't want him to move out." I said.

"Why not? He's old enough."

"I don't know." I sighed.

"Don't think too much about this Vic, maybe she'll come around. She did end up accepting Kellin after he told her he was gay, maybe she'll accept you, just give her time."

"I hope so, hey I'll call you later."

"Okay, goodbye."

"Goodbye."

Day 64

"Why don't you visit your brother?" Kellin asked.

"I can't, my parents will kick me out. Mike told me they keep a close eye on him, just in case I might have infected him with the gay." I rolled my eyes.

"That's stupid."

"I know it is. Why don't you talk to your mom?" I asked.

"No. I can't, and I won't."

"You're so stubborn." I mumbled.

It was sad seeing Kellin and his mom not talking. The house felt so empty and sad, it was making me sad.

"Maybe you should stay here." I said.

"What?" He looked confused.

"Don't move in with me."

"But I-"

"Just don't Kellin." I sighed.

"Fine, whatever." He mumbled.

Day 65

"I told you he would hurt you." I heard Kellin's mom speak up.

I admit I was spying on them, but I had to know what Kellin's mom says about me, I was curious. I also wanted to know what Kellin thought of me.

"He didn't- never mind." He sighed.

"This boy. Kellin I have made up my mind and I don't want this boy living here, all he does is hurt you."

"You're the reason he doesn't want me to move in anymore. He knows you don't like him." He mumbled.

"Your dad-"

"Don't." Kellin glared at his mom.

"Kellin I just don't know what to do with you." She said.

"Let me be, let me be me. If I make mistakes I'll learn from them, but stop keeping me away from things that you don't like. Just let me be me." He frowned.

"Okay."

"What?"

"I said okay. You can move in if you really want to."

"Oh."

Day 66

"You still don't want me to move in, do you?" Kellin asked.

"I do."

"Then why-"

"Forget what I said, it was dumb."

I put some of my clothes in boxes I had gotten at the shop. I was packing up my things I had brought to Kellin's house, and late on I would go back home to get the rest of my things. I had applied to a lot of jobs yesterday and hopefully one of them contacts me. Kellin just watched me pack up everything, he wasn't going to move in yet. I still wanted him to.

"Do you need help?" He asked.

"Yeah hand me that stuff over there."

He got up and started grabbing my things. He came over to me and handed them to me. I gave him a small smile and returned to packing.

"Do you ever think about what it would be like if we hadn't met?"

I stopped what I was doing and looked at him confused as to why he was thinking this.

"No I don't. Are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah I'm fine. I'm just thinking."

"Well don't do that too much." I poked his forehead, he gave me a smile.

"Vic?"

"Yeah?"

"Are we going to be okay? Like you and me?"

"Of course, why wouldn't we be?"

"I don't know."

"We'll be fine, don't worry. Okay?"

"Okay."

No that is not a tfios reference.
