**Sophia's POV**

I was staring at a table in front of me that had 3 guns on it. There was a note folded perfectly in the bottom right corner of the table and I picked it up slowly and opened it. In very nice hand writing it said 'In one of these three guns lay one bullet and the other two are empty. Choose, turn around, and shoot. Repeat until the bullet is shot.'

I wanted to turn around to see what I would shoot at but my legs wouldn't move. So instead, I picked up the gun on the left. My legs then listened to my brain and turned around. Sitting in a chair was a beat up looking Eric. I gasped at the awful sight of him.

I ran over to him and put his head in my hands. His eyes were heavy, he was lacking sleep and had a black eye. He was also tied up to the chair. "Oh my God! Eric! What happened to you!?" I yelled.

He gave me a smile like he was happy I was there but it looked so sad. "Sophia," were the only words his voice croaked.

"Eric!? What's happening!?" I asked again, trying to undo the ties on his hands.

"Sophia. You need to get out of here, right now," his voice was strict.

"Eric I'm not leaving without you," hot tears were streaming down my face. The ties on his hands and feet aren't budging though.

"Sophia, please," his voice was so weak, but pleading. "You have to trust me. I don't know if everything will be okay but do whatever is on that note to get to safety." He nodded to the note on the table with the guns.

I looked at him shocked. I grabbed his face again, "Eric no! That note says to shoot you! I can't do that, Eric!" I choked out between sobs. He sniffed in and a tear escaped his eye.

"Then just do it Sophia. You have such a bigger role in life than I do! I'm nothing," he said sadly.

"Eric, no. That's not true and you know it," I said through gritted teeth.

He shook his head, "Sophia please. Just shoot me and everything will be okay for you," he pleaded me. I kissed him passionately and got up. I held the gun in front of me, my hands shaking terribly and my face drenched with tears. "Wait," he said, I put the gun down and stared at his beautiful eyes for the last time, "Just promise me something," I nodded, "Even though I'm going to die, I want you to promise that you will move on and live a happy life. You deserve it." I let out an ugly sob again. "Promise me Sophia."

I nodded, "I promise," I whispered. He nodded again, telling me I could continue. I lifted the gun and pulled the trigger. I braced to see Eric's dead body but nothing happened so I picked up the one on the right of the table. I took in a deep breathe and pulled the trigger. Still nothing happened and Eric sat in the chair with his held head high and tears streaking his face. I walked to the table and picked up the last gun, knowing this is it. I looked at Eric one last time, held the gun up to his head and looked away from those beautiful piercing grey eyes.

"I love you," he whispered right before I pulled the trigger.

I sat up from the chair, grasping for any air my lungs could get. "That was an okay time but it's okay, the really bad ones take longer," said Four casually, as if I hadn't just gone through probably my worst fear. "You got out of there in 10 minutes and 58 seconds." I can't believe that just happened. I couldn't even get out of the chair. I put my head in my hands and cried. That one felt so real I thought I was going to lose Eric!

I heard footsteps and then a door open and close, mumbling and then more footsteps. A hand rubbed my back and a voice cooed, "Hey Sophia, it's okay. It's just me. I'm here, everything's okay," my head jolted up at the sound of his voice. I grabbed Eric's face and stared at his grey eyes to make sure this wasn't a simulation. Once I realized he was real, I engulfed him in a hug and cried onto his shirt.

I heard him exchange a couple words with Four and then I'm picked up off the chair and carried out the door. After about 10 minutes, I stop moving and hear keys jingle. Then hear the door kicked open and I wonder where I am. Now that I think about it, I'm not even sure whose arms I'm in... Knowing I probably look like crap from all the crying I take a deep breathe through my nose and instantly know that scent as Eric. I close my eyes and focus on his breathing and try and match mine with his. He sets me down on the couch and let's go of me. I try and keep my grip on him but he chuckles a little and says, "Sophia, I have to pee. I'll be right back though. I promise," my gut twisted when he said 'I promise,' it reminded me of the simulation I was just in. I let go of him and drew my hands to my face. I heard him go in the bathroom and 2 minutes later he came back out. The end of the couch with my feet sunk down and my feet were placed on his lap. He rubbed my leg soothingly. Once I had gathered myself, I removed my hands and sat up facing him. He looked at me apologetically. "I'm sorry today was so bad. Is there anything I can do to help make it better?"

I gave him a sad smile and said, "Just don't ever leave me," he nodded and pulled me into his lap so I was straddling him. He held me in his arms for a couple minutes and pulled back, "I'm never leaving you," he said. "I love you too much to let go now. Plus, I have to look out for your "Well-being," right?" He smirked using his fingers to make the quotation marks around well-being. I remember the first time he said that and it became the joke of the day.

I laughed at his corny joke and kissed him like I did in the sim: like I may never do it again.

**Eric's POV**

My alarm rang throughout my small apartment. I roll over to see my beautiful girlfriend sleeping next to me. I plant small kisses on her cute, freckle spotted face. She stirred a little and groaned a little, making me chuckle. She smiled and threw the covers over her head. I laughed again and followed her under the white blanket. She giggled and climbed out of bed. I tried to reach for her, but only grazed the sides of her short shorts. I climbed out after her and chased her out of the bedroom and into the living room. She grabbed a pillow from the couch and threw it at me but I caught it and threatened to throw it back, both of us laughing through this whole thing. She grabbed another pillow to protect her and I darted at her, running around the coffee table and got an arm wrapped around her stomach. She dropped the pillow as I dragged her body that's shaking with laughter towards me. I tickled her stomach with my hands and tickled her neck with my scruffy chin. She squealed and laughed even more creating me to laugh even more. When I stopped tickling her, she turned around and kissed me. She threw her arms around my neck and mine went to her hips. I pulled away from the kiss, although our lips were only a centameter away, to say, "Well good morning to you too," I smirked and she smiled and crashed her lips back into mine. I lowered my hands to her thighs and picked her up, walked into the kitchen and set her on the counter. Her lips tasted good, like mint from her toothpaste. Her hands tugged at my hair and my hands rubbed up and down her legs.

My thoughts were again interrupted by my alarm clock. Dang it! I broke the kiss but stayed close to her, not letting her leave my arms. Out of breathe I said, "I have to get to a meeting."

"Okay. Is it okay if I stay and sleep a little longer?" she asked.

"Ya totally," I said and kissed her lips again then helped her off the counter and prayed to God that I wasn't doing anything tonight so that I can be with this beautiful girl all night.

I think I would rather have Jai Courtney. I'm really sorry this is going up late though. I really did think I posted this on Thursday and it was ready Thursday I just forgot to press publish.
