**SOPHIA'S POV**
"What're you doing here, Eric?" I questioned. Four better not have put him up to this.
"Sophia," he whispered. He looked up at the sky and mumbled a couple words.
Maybe he's drunk?
"Sophia, please. Can we talk?" He begged.
"I uh. I can't," I scratched the back of my neck awkwardly. Guilt ate at my insides, but it was quickly overridden by anger. "I have plans right now."
He looked at me confused. "On the roof?" I nodded. "By yourself?"
I didn't respond. I just kept my eyes locked on his and prayed to God that Four won't come walking through the doors. "My plans don't concern you anymore," I shrugged.
Sadness spread across his face and I was waiting for the sadness to be quickly covered up, but I was wrong. He stayed like that. He didn't seem to care if his nice guy was showing. His shoulders slouched and his face drooped. "Sophia, please," he was desperate. He buried his face in his hands.
"Eric I thought you were different," I spoke confidently. Well that's good, my voice isn't shaking yet. Yet. He looked up from his hands and stared into my eyes. I had to look away to stay strong. "I mean I gave you too many second chances. I thought maybe you would've learned and changed. For me. But you didn't. You didn't even change for yourself. If anything prove to yourself you're a good man, Eric. I know you are. Were," I corrected myself. "But now I'm not so sure."
I couldn't look at him. I just couldn't get myself to do so. But I could feel his eyes burn into my head. A few tears escaped my eyes, remembering the bad memories. I truly wish he changed but he didn't and I had to face the fact. I could hear him sniff a couple times which only brought more tears to my eyes.
I was staring at the ground and saw him pick up his hand to lift my chin up, but just when his hand was mere centimeters away, the door behind us swung open and both our heads flung to see who it was.
Four.
"Eric you lay one finger on her and you're dead," Four threatened.
I looked back at Eric and he literally looked like he had been shot through the heart. He was speechless. His eyes flickered between Four and I and then stayed on mine. I looked away quickly, not being able to handle the pain in his eyes. His mouth was slightly open but no words came out.
Eric pointed between the two of us unsure of what to say. Nobody knew what to say.
"Eric," I started but nothing came out after that. I had nothing to say.
"You're with... Four?" He painfully questioned.
Well technically we're not together.
"He's your 'plans' that you have tonight?" His voice was starting to get louder.
"Eric, please don't do this," I could barely finish my words before he spoke again.
"No. I am doing this right now! I have the right to, Sophia!"
"Eric stop!" I yelled at him.
"No! Why the hell should I!? It's not like the love of my life is now with my enemy!" He shouts back.
I roll my eyes and shake my head. This man is rediculous. That's one way to get your girl back. Is to yell and assume shit that isn't real. "You're such a dumbass," I say rolling my eyes again.
Pure anger flashes through his eyes. This time, I am actually scared. For a couple minutes I forgot who I was talking too. I mean sure we were very close but now we aren't and I forget sometimes that he really is a ruthless leader.
