"So Shakespeare, huh?"

She probably should have felt stupid.
Not being able to understand the part they were assigned to read and analyze.

Much Ado About Nothing.
One of the few plays that were written by Shakespeare and didn't have a disappointing ending.
Beatrice and Benedick.

She blushed slightly.
She might have felt a bit embarrassed, yet she also enjoyed the way his eyes lit up.
He didn't look annoyed, he looked rather proud and pleased with himself.
As if helping her was the most honorable thing to do.

"Yeah, I'm sorry, I'm just a bit lost right now."
"Don't worry, my flower. Shakespeare can be pretty confusing, especially when it's getting late outside. I know what you mean."

Gazing at him while he was catching up on the part she just finished reading, she couldn't believe how her soulmate could still look as amazing as ever trough a video call.
His soft brown hair was a bit messed up and his eyes were fixed on the book in front of him, occasionally looking up to check up on her.
She loved his eyes.
She adored them.
They were unforgettable and she was thankful for it, because she'd never want to forget the way they gaze at her.
He looked at her in a way that no-one else ever did.
Making her feel like no-one else ever did.

"So, can you give me a summary of the play? I guess you've already finished it and just need help with analyzing a few parts, right?"

He was worried about her.
He could see how something else was bothering her.
He could feel her tension trough their bond, yet also with every word he spoke it slowly reduced itself, showing him that he was someone to her.
Someone who she was slowly letting into the secrets of her heart and soul.
He felt honored that she started to trust him more.
He felt important.
He felt important to the woman he cared for.
The woman that refused to give up and  let her worries drown her completely.
The woman that he hoped would stay by his side until she'd get tired of him.
She was the woman whose voice alone made him feel as if reality was a dream that he'd be able to remember for an eternity.

"And that's how Shakespeare brought the dynamic of Beatrice's and Benedick's relationship across, I hope I didn't confuse you any further

"And that's how Shakespeare brought the dynamic of Beatrice's and Benedick's relationship across, I hope I didn't confuse you any further. So, any other assignments or questions?"

Aspen looked up from the play in his lap and the notes he took, so he'd be able to explain his trail of thoughts better.
There she was.
Writing down every single word that left his lips.
Savoring the sound of his voice.
To him she looked like the most beautiful girl in the world, as always.
She had loose strands of hair framing her face like she was a masterpiece and her eyes were focused on the papers in front of her, occasionally spacing out and admiring her soulmate on the other end of the line before starting to scribble down notes again.
He waited patiently for her to finish writing down everything she needed.
Her satisfied giggle and the sound of a book being thrown aside showed him that she was finished with her work.
