He lifted his shirt up just enough to show cuts and bruise across his stomach. Sorry, did I say stomach? I meant ABS! Gosh, he was ripped. Anyways, Skylar, let's get back to the point. He was covered in deep, bloody cuts and dark purple bruises.
"What happened!?!" Misty asked. At least one of us had a brain that focused on the important details.
"There's a monster in the cafeteria. It was probably controlled by that awful Wind hater. I saw it attacking one girl named Cloud and went behind it to surprise it. Luckily we didn't have eye contact." We gasped, "Anyway, as I said, I didn't look up because I knew I would be powerless if I did. I just kept forcing wind at it in the opposite direction. It turned around and began fighting me. I then turned and ran," his face fell to the ground, "like a... like a coward." I could tell he was pretty beat up about it. Literally and Metaphorically.
"Hey Mist, Storm?" I asked them.
"Yeah?" They asked.
"Let's go get some swords and beat some monster." I told them.
"Yeah!" Mist responded.
"Heck yeah!" Storm said at the same time, looking pretty pumped; his sadness obviously subsided. We raced out of the dorm, rebellious fire burning within our windy souls.
