Amy's pov
"What do you mean I can't go" I looked up at them tearfully.
"Come on Amy. You know these missions are too dangerous" sonic scratched his head nervously "I wouldn't forgive myself if you got hurt"
"But I can defend myself-"
"Oh for crying out loud he said no!" Knuckles snapped "so just drop it so we can get moving already!"
"You stay out of this knuckles" I glared at him.
"Sonic end this serade now" knuckles growled.
Sonic sighed "sorry amy" he gave me an apologetic smile before hopping into the tornado. I watched them leave with anger bubbling up inside me. This is so not over!
*Time skip*
"And then he just took off. He took off and left me here yet again!" I ranted angrily to my new mysterious roommate jet.
"I'm sorry who are you?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Amy! My name is Amy!" I yelled in his face.
"Alright amy take a step back and relax" he gently pushed me away "if you're so mad about being left behind then why not sneak out"
"Sneak out?" I gasped.
"Yeah I'll even go with you" he smirked "I don't like being cooped up here any more then you do"
"Hold on. I don't know if sneaking out is a good idea" I muttered nervously.
"So you want to complain but you're not going to do anything. Jeez you people are the worst!" He rolled his eyes with a huff.
"You make a good point. Ah to heck with it, let's go!" I grinned.
"What about the kid?" He looked over at cream.
"Oh cream's watching her show. She won't even notice we're gone. Now let's go!" I grabbed his arms and dragged him downstairs.
