That next morning, Dante had woken up rather willingly, as he was curious about going to the tech room to see if there were any game consoles that he could play on to pass the time.

As he walked down the silent morning hall, he noticed how echoey it was with each step he made.

It felt rather isolating, there being nobody else wandering around at this hour.

It was only 7:17 am, so he hardly expected anyone to be awake already, but the lack of any noise coming from anybody made him feel quite uneasy.

The atmosphere was sharp and hostile, like some foreign force was attacking him, forcing him into a bubble of seclusion.

Discarding the thoughts, he ended up surprising himself thinking about the fact that he hadn't tried finding a games console sometime previously.

He used to spend a fair portion of his free time playing some of his favourite games like Gravity Crush, Personal Gold 4, and IA: The Sadame Dials. However, his passion for gaming ended up dying down a lot once he started college and had very little time to devote to leisurely activities.

However, now that he had found himself in a situation like this one, it ironically provided him with the perfect opportunity to sink a lot of time into some of his old games again, assuming he'd be able to access them on whatever system he could find.

He continued reminiscing in his state of nostalgia until he finally arrived at the tech room, where he would begin searching for a new game console to play on.

As he started searching, memories of Aurora began to flood his mind, specifically, the image of the puddle of blood they saw on the morning they found her.

Aurora's death didn't affect Dante quite like it did Alex, but seeing what was meant to be what was left of her on that morning traumatised him for a brief moment.

Not only that, but he began to remember the way he accused Alex that morning, and how he acted all smug with him when in reality, it was Violet's fault. The blood puddle itself was her doing too, as all of Aurora's actual remains had been cleaned up.

All of these thoughts led to him experiencing another draining headache, leading him to groan deeply as he slowly crouched down to the ground and held his forehead in pain.

He thought he'd be able to handle being in this room again just fine, but clearly, he was wrong.

All the bad memories from that time had caught up and were haunting him, which likely helped to grant him this sudden agony.

"Are you okay?" A girl asked, whose feet were all that he could see.

"Hm...?" Dante grunted as he slowly looked up to find the girl was Hannah, smiling welcomingly. "Oh, yeah... I'm fine."

Smiling back, he stood up, and a short silence fell before Hannah exclaimed "Oh!" and pulled a small device out of her pocket, handing it to Dante.

"Whoa-!" Dante reacted. "How'd you know I wanted this? Thank you!"

It was the StayAviation Rita, in all its black, glossy glory.

He hadn't seen one in what felt like years, despite it really only being a few months maximum.

It was his favourite system to play on, and seeing it again in such a place brought him great joy, and he greatly appreciated Hannah for bringing it to his attention.

"I saw you looking around and figured you wanted this, especially because some of your favourite games are on it," Hannah replied.

"How'd you- know that?" Dante asked, rather flabbergasted.
