The following morning, Alex felt a deep sense of dread in his body, after Adam's mental defeat yesterday, and Dante's hopeless attitude bringing him down that much further.

It was as if this death game was finally getting to them, all hope was being lost, and they were falling deep into the dark depths of no return.

However, Alex refused to let this be the way things remained.

Everyone was in a sour mood, after having their new hope destroyed instantly.

It seemed as if nobody thought they would be leaving this facility anymore... especially Dante.

But, no matter what happened, Alex was not going to let this be the way things were.

They had all come too far to give up now.

And so, with a newfound sense of determination, Alex leaped from his bed and headed into the Living Quarters, shouting to hopefully grab everybody's attention.

"Do you know how early it is?" Dante groaned.

"The hell do you want at this hour?" Jobari asked, rubbing his eyes.

"This better be worth my time," Adam sighed.

Alex patiently waited until everybody was out of their rooms, before announcing himself a meetup in the auditorium.

"Who are you, Fate?" Jobari grunted.

"No, but I believe we may have missed some very important information yesterday all because of Fate's dismissal of Adam's claims," Alex stated.

"Why- are you bringing this up again-?" Adam asked.

"Adam," Alex said, "can you go and get the letter addressed to Aurora, please? I believe there is still much to discuss."

"I am not sure where you are going with this but," he groaned, "fine. This better be worth our time, Alex."

"I am sure it will be. Trust me."

Adam wandered leisurely into his room and then quickly back out, bringing Aurora's letter with him.

Alex took the letter from Adam and requested that everyone followed him to the auditorium.

They all looked tired, impatient, and hopeless.

Alex couldn't let that be the way things were.

He was going to keep the gang together no matter what.

He repeated this idea to himself in his head over and over as he marched to the auditorium with determination.

He held the door open for everyone to walk in, in hopes they would be able to have some sort of faith in his ability to please them and the time they were taking for his sake.

Once everybody had got settled down and were waiting as if this were one of Fate's announcements, Alex positioned himself near the pedestal and used a projector there to display the letter on the wall of the stage, so that everybody could see it clearly.
