The time was 8:34 am.
Jobari had spent the bulk of his morning rummaging through the items and devices in the tech room, out of pure boredom and curiosity about what he might find in there.
He didn't find much of anything of his interest, but he did find an electric guitar, which he figured he should've told Olivia about as she's talked to him before about her love for playing the guitar in one of their previous conversations.
Once he had arrived back at the Living Quarters, he knocked firmly on her door while anticipatingly puffing nervously outside, awaiting her attention.
"One moment!" she shouted, right before Jobari heard a loud banging sound from inside.
"Ouuuuuuuch!" she agonisingly exclaimed.
"You okay?!"
"Oh, Joba!" she cheerfully interjected, before rushing to the door and unlocking it, and glaring into his eyes with a smile.
"Mornin', Liv," he sighed as she scratched his head.
"Hi! Uh- what's up?" she asked.
"You uh- y'know how you told me you like guitars and shit?"
"Yeeeaaaah? Why?" She curiously asked as she leaned her arm against the door frame.
"Just uh- come with me, will you?" Jobari asked, gesturing for her to follow him as he began to walk away.
"Oh-kaaay," she replied, smiling.
The two then walked side-by-side down the hallway, as they made their way to the tech room.
Jobari oddly felt stiff and he had begun to sweat slightly, for reasons he was unaware of.
Olivia kept turning to smile at him, only stiffening him more, as he was seemingly the only person she wasn't consistently shouting at.
The two seemed to share some common interests, perhaps Olivia's hostility towards others lay in an inability to relate to them so she felt isolated.
Regardless of how he felt about her, the anxiety Jobari felt continued to linger until they finally arrived at the tech room and opened the door, to which he then pointed to the back at the guitar he found.
"Whoa!" Olivia exclaimed as she ran to the corner and held the guitar on her lap.
"I knew you liked guitars so, I thought you'd wanna see this," he commented as a smile formed.
"Hell yeah, I wanted to see it! Now everyone can know the extent of my talent so they'll recognise why I'm so famous!" Olivia shouted, shooting her fist in the air in excitement.
Jobari awkwardly chuckled as he glanced away at his feet before Olivia set down her hand and calmed down, and then asked "I should really stop being such a fake person, huh?"
"Hm?" Jobari muttered. "How do you mean?"
"I pretend to be super important and memorable, but- I'm nobody really. It's hard keeping up the act," she answered.
Olivia is not a celebrity or notable figure in any form, she simply pretends to be as a means of trying to seem more memorable to other people due to her being ignored a lot in life.
She received little attention from people, particularly her family, during her early life, and her fixations on her specific interests made people think she was weird, so it was difficult for her to make friends.
